The installation team arrived on time and started to work immediately, getting 1/2 the job completed that afternoon and finished up the next morning. Clean up was acceptable and the job looks great! Has rained 3 times since then and gutters are working as described! The sales rep was very friendly and answered all questions on the spot. I can recommend this service to anyone looking to new or replacement gutters and guards.

Conner Walls was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product and made a very good comparison of other products on the market and how guttergurds( homecraft) stood out from the competition. I was very pleased with the whole process and was very surprised that they came out the very next day to install. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

First, your salesman, Drake Embry was professional and polite. He was respectful and I feel he went above and beyond to get me a deal that was right for me!!! He represented your company well.
The two gentlemen that showed up to do the installation were also very polite and did an amazing job. Not only do my new gutters and guards look great, but they cleaned up EVERYTHING!! I would highly recommend HomeCraft to my friends and neighbors!!

This was a great experience, my house looks brand new again! Christian was concise and helpful without being too pushy. Santos and his crew were professional but kind. They worked very hard and their work is exquisite!! Sarah was so sweet to follow up with us afterwards! Overall it was the best work and experience we have ever had!!

Great experience and product. Team did a great job working through some steep slopes and around a shed to complete the installation. Nothing could have stopped them from finishing the job. We had HomeCraft Gutter Guards ( in Knoxville, Tennessee) installed on our new home last October 2021. We were sold 'Black Gutter Guards' so to match our gutters, downspouts, etc. When they came to install the gutters they installed silver-metal color ones instead. When I called the HomeCraft sales rep he said, "Oh I'm sorry, no worries..as I'll have my Manager order 'Black ones' instead and we'll come out and replace them accordingly." Four Months went by... yet we were still promised that the 'Black color Guards' were still coming. Now, 4-months later; Homecraft Gutter Protection from Knoxville Tennessee is stating... "Oh, they don't make 'Black ones'; we're very sorry." So very frustrating. Why they did not tell me this 4 months ago I do not know. Again, I was clearly sold 'Black Gutter Guards', or I mean, I was basically lied to... Therefore, I do NOT recommend Homecraft Gutter Protection, and would suggest you contact another company. Chris and Roberto did a great job - Chris is explaining the product and Roberto in the professional installation. I highly recommend this product and their service.

They gave me a courtesy call to let me know of a change in installation. They arrived at that time. After completion, I was shown pictures. The job was perfect. I then recieved a courtesy call from Sarah, a very nice representative asking about my satisfaction. I would recommend Homecrafters to anyone. Great job, great people.

Tyler was on time for the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the benefits of his product efficiently and quickly. The install was scheduled within 2 days. We were not home when the gutters were installed. Sara from the customer service department called within first week after install to make sure we were satisfied with the job. It hasn't rained yet, but everything looks great.

I was pleased with the work and the installers. They were professional and timely. The only reason I knocked off a star is that the "free" estimate was a bit of a pushy, hard-sell approach that I found somewhat off-putting. For the price, I went with it, but a less aggressive sales approach would help me recommend this company more enthusiastically.

Nathan was great. He explained their products and warranty. Install was scheduled for next day and installer’s were on time and very professional.

The guys came and were finished with install in one day .now wait for the rain and leaves to fall and see how well it works

The sales person, Malick, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The install team was fast and did everything that I wanted. A very pleasant experience. Plus they cleaned up afterwards. The only thing I thought that might have the project go better is that if both installers knew English. But still I am very happy with the job.

Sarah was great as well as the company and product. I am 100 percent completely satisfied and would recommend the product to anyone that ask me. You have saved me so much work regarding cleaning gutters!!
