Sales presentation was professional and non pushy. Product was well represented. Installers were polite, on time and provided quality work.

Overall experience was very good. I would recommend them for gutter installation, repair and gaurds.

My every contact with Home Craft was friendly and professional. From the initial visit to my home by salesman Daniel Garcia to the final customer service call from Sarah Miller, my experience was quite satisfactory. The gutter installation crew arrived on time and wasted no time in getting the job done. Rogelio Flores and his assistant did an excellent job and the only sign that they had been on site were new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts with gutter gates on my house. I am very pleased with their work.

Had my windows tinted by Homecraft with 3M film. My back windows face west so the sun is pretty intense. The installers did a good job with the film. Sarah called me the next day to check if I was satisfied with the job. It is nice when companies check on their customers satisfaction. Had the darkest film available installed and it has made a huge difference.

Sarah at HomeCraft was on top of everything. Making my appointment at a time convenient for me and checking to make sure everything went well and making sure I was happy with the installation. Great Company with great service.

The Gutters look great!!! The lady that came out to tell us about the price, her name was Lexi. She was so helpful and always had a smile on her face! The men that worked on our gutters did Amazing! They worked so fast! Love the black color!

I was very impressed with the whole Homecraft experience from Caesar who made the initial contact and presentation, to the crew who completed the installation in only 6 hours. The gutters on my house were rusted through from age and the constant leaves filling them . Some were an impossible place to reach without a huge ladder and very unsafe unless you were part primate! The crew arrived at 8:30 and immediately started work. They tore out the old gutter system then installed my beautiful new gutters, making repairs to facia and soffits where needed. They then completely cleaned up all the debris. The new system worked beautifully after the 4" rain we had 2 days later! Thank you for a job well done!

I have had Homecraft for gutter protection on my previous residence. The product that was installed did an excellent job of keeping gutters free from leaves. I have since moved to a new house and there were no gutters. Big drainage problems. I had a Rep come out for an estimate, and while we were discussing what type of guard I had before, I happened to notice his notebook lying on my table. The guard that I had before was poking out of the book. I was a previous customer. I told him I liked their product and we set it up.
The workers showed up the next morning and they finished before I got home from my errands. I am sitting here watching rain pouring down and water is not pending around the house. Very satisfied.

We had a good experience with our sales rep Brittny, a professional and efficient installation crew who was responsive to our questions, and Sarah followed up after to make sure we were satisfied. We have now had two solid days of heavy rain and I’m happy to report our new gutters are working perfectly and handling the load effectively. Recommend 100%!
