So easy to deal with. Made arrangements quickly and delivered and installed efficiently. Removed equipment just as quickly and efficiently. Just a perfect service.

Having had a potentially life changing operation at the beginning of December 2022 left me bed-bound, I was not able to be discharged to my home unless I had an accessible bed. I found Home Care Hire online and they were able to deliver and setup an electric bed and within 24hrs of my enquiry. Being able to raise and lower the height of the bed as well as change the angle of mattress has meant that my recovery and recuperation has been so much faster than everyone had predicted. Thank you so much for offering such a brilliant service.

We ordered one type of mattress and then changed our minds, but that was accommodated with no trouble. Delivery and collection went very smoothly. Home Care Hire have been fantastic from start to finish. Very last minute I had to source a hospital bed for my father, Owen was brilliant and got the bed to our address the very next day. They were kind and empathic to our needs and kept in touch with us throughout our hire.

The bed is absolutely fine -- my son said it was better than the one in the Austrian hospital that he came home from - but what made the difference was Owen's responsive, professional service. He delivered in an emergency timeframe arriving before the sun was up and was quick and helpful the it was time to dismantle.

Outstanding service!! From the moment I contacted for an adjustable bed, provided me with options, came and setup and collected when requested. They were very flexible and accommodating with timedate. The price is also very reasonable. Owen was very compassionate, friendly and helpful. They made my post surgery recovery very pleasant. Excellent service; really helpful

I found there services quick to respond to our call. I observed them assembling the bed, going through safety checks, reassuring me to contact them anytime if I was unsure, about the mechanics of the bed .They showed my mum and myself empathy compassion and respect. My mum did not live for long after the bed arrived, Once mum had passed they were quick in collecting the bed. I would throughly recommend this company, there pricing was very reasonable.
