Car shampoo product not as described.
I ordered a 5 litre bottle of M-Sport ceramic car shampoo from Home & Cleaning. However, when I received the product and read the instructions realised it is NOT a car shampoo but has to be used as a ceramic spray solution. You would still need to use a car shampoo to wash your car in the normal way.
This is no fault of Home & Cleaning, whom I would buy from again, but the product supplier describing their product incorrectly!

Zero Customer Service / Aftercare
Tried for months to get a response about a faulty item replacement this year. Worst aftercare I have ever experienced in 8 years of ordering products for my business....they process your order & ignore any contact beyond it. Numerous emails unanswered & force you to claim through PayPal to get a refund. And they would have had a lot more business from me.
