4ft deep mattress valanced sheet fits perfect on my bed. These sheets are easy to fit for people with arthritis. Sheets are good quality and delivery was excelĺant.

I received the wrong duvet cover. I have tried contacting the company through email/WhatsApp but no joy.

Update: One week after trying to contact them and still no reply. The WhatsApp message has not been read.

I was sent a different set of pillows to the ones I purchased. I completed the online form within the 24 hours as requested. I sent two follow up emails. Eventually received an email 4 days later. Claiming that there was a manufacturing fault and the pillows are exactly the same as the ones I ordered. But I think this is an excuse. I replied requesting a returns label. A week later and no response. Makes you wonder why there isn’t a phone number listed on their website.
Also, the senders address is that of a storage facility.
Oh how I wish I’d read the Trust Pilot reviews rather than trusted the product reviews. I now think all the reviews are false.

Ordered two fitted sheets and came back to me with some BS about a fire and said shipping would be delayed took 10 days to ship and open shipped one and do not respond to WhatsApp or e-mail

Wow what can I say about this company? I purchased to "luxury' pillows from Home and Bath, and when they arrived, you obviously have to open them to see them. The pillows were such poor quality, the cotton rustled like a crisp packet, definitely not genuine cotton in my opinion, the filling in the pillows was non existent, flat as a pancake, just really cheap imports that are not worth a fiver each. Obviously the company are saying they won't take them back for hygiene reasons, but they should take them back due to the poor quality, not the same as the description on their website. I do however hold the trump card, I contacted Amex today with pictures of the cheap and nasty pillows and they will now claw the money back from the company. They shouldn't be able to get away with mis-selling like this and they won't! Look at the other reviews on here, keep well away. The reviews on their own website are fake and not genuine like Trust Pilot.

I purchased 2 bedding sets. They didn’t arrive as quickly as I’d expected, so I emailed customer service. I’d previously checked Trustpilot and to be honest wasn’t hopeful I’d get a response. However, I got a wonderful response from Jean in customer service, and she explained one of the items I’d ordered had not come back in stock as quickly as they’d expected and she would ship out the other item immediately and refund the out of stock one, if I was in agreement. Just received the duvet set which is fab and the refund was processed as promised. Very happy with my shopping experience and would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a mattress topper and has arrived stained. Emailed them they replied straight away asking for pics so I have sent them, now no reply to my emails and phone number is dead!

Absolutely so happy with the quality of the towels, fitted sheet and pillowcases! They’re so comfy and look beautiful in the house.

Sent the wrong depth fitted sheet. Returned item which they received with the agreement to send the right depth fitted sheet. Nothing was received for a few weeks I then said I didn’t want the items and wanted a full refund. No refund received despite contacting them twice. Avoid

I too should have read the reviews. This is the worse ever online shopping experience and Trading standards need to be notified. Ordered XL towels described as 850 GSM but 550 GSM standard. I returned them UNUSED straight away in a better condition they arrived in. Refunded £ 48.45 instead of £ 64.57 I paid for. They are no longer responding to my emails, Vile behaviour!!!!

I bought from this company before, and received substandard poly cotton sheets, which were definitely not percale as described. the dye poured out of them when washed, leaving them a different shade to that ordered, and they bobbled very badly after 1 wash.
I unfortunately managed to inadvertently buy from them again, not realising it was the same company I received the same terrible quality bedding. Once again, I have contacted them, but not holding my breath for a reply as they ignored me last time.
This time, if they do not provide return details, I will be going to Trading Standards, as they are obviously aware that the items are not as described, and just out to rip off customers.

I ordered 2 king size valance sheets with matching pillowcases. The sheets have been used with other bedding so not continuously and have bobbled very badly, the pillowcases are fine. I have contacted the Company via email twice, WhatsApp and tried by telephone but no answer. I would like either a refund or replacements for the sheets but I am being ignored.
I gave 2 stars because the pillowcases are good.
Be aware that if your products are like mine and of poor quality then you will be ignored if you contact them and like me you will have to use them for rags after 2 washes.
