This company steals people’s money! As soon as you put your credit card you will have multiple charges every 2 days God only knows for what! And they won’t reimburse you! Stay away from them! These are criminals!
They keep on letting me down.
As they don't have phone support it's very difficult to deal with them.
I don’t even know what to start. They are absolutely crime in their customer acquisition practices. How do you try to give someone a cleaning? They asked for a single cleanup, one time cleanup and then somehow you add them to a membership.

After someone from that company told me the prices, and I said: I don’t want it, I receive phone calls and text messages every day, non-stop! I’m tired of them!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this service. Our lady, Lekechia is fabulous! She was prompt, courteous and friendly. She did an awesome job cleaning. She is methodically meticulous! Our house feels and smells so clean.

I scheduled someone to clean my vacation home, was confirmed for noon today and she/they never showed up. She had a 5 star review which it's absolutely BS. Fake reviews. The hard thing is contacting Homeaglow which is impossible. Don't use this company

This place sent out a cleaner who dressed so provocative it was embarrassing.
She cleaned our walls after cleaning the floors with the same mop, leaving dirt streaks. She was not a good cleaner at all, and the girl I liked who cleaned a few times but then said she was no longer going to be working there, I tipped her very well. I spent too much on this company.

Very terrible business, nobody is vetted and a waste of time and cancellations, and they have the cleaners want to ask you for cash, never use this service you may just clean your house yourself

I am updating my review regarding homeaglow company. Ms. Callie called me she refund my money and also gave me free 4 hours voucher she resolved my issue. Thank you.

The worst! Dont get scammed. They sell you the $20 deal. The cleaner never showed up I reached out to the cleaner and company. Zero response. 4 hours afterwards the cleaner said he had a flat tire. Wanted to reschedule. I said absolutely not! I demanded a refund. The next day there was a $60 charge on my credit card. I have called emailed and texted with zero response. This is 100% a scam. I am canceling my credit card and listing it as a fraudulent unauthorized transaction. Avoid homeaglow! SCAM

Deceitful. I signed up not realizing they charge you recurring fees of $59 a month for 6 months. Cancellation fee is an absurd $300.
They should be put out of business for the scam they run.

If i coult , i would negative star. Their cleaners do not show up. They claim to be the most affordable oprice on market. So not true. I will give you example.
$59 per month membership + $30 per hour for the cleaner + the required tip. That was the cheapest per hour i found on their offerings, unlike they hook you up with $22 per hour. And they hook you up for contract of 6 months , which is not very clear.
So you end up paying total at least $200 for 4 hours cleaning with all the fees. Definately not the most affordable one on market as they market themselves.
Lastly their customer service only operates via email , so its slow to respond , and not reliable. No real human beings behind this, its like AI is running it.
I am beyond un happy , and i hope their company fails for good.

I booked a 6-hour package. The cleaner was on the phone all day. She managed to clean two bathrooms and mopped half of the house in 6 hours. I canceled right after and Homeaglow refuses to refund the membership fee despite agreeing to do so.

The absolute worst I’m fighting with him since November to stop charging my account. I had to cancel my card or over the worst company ever don’t do it. It’s a scam to get your credit card number and even if you change it I don’t know how they did it they keep charging.

I had an extremely frustrating—and honestly concerning—experience with this cleaning service.
I booked a cleaning through their app with a specific cleaner. Then, about an hour before the appointment, I received a call from someone on their team referencing a completely different cleaner’s name, with zero acknowledgment that this was a change from my original booking.
When I called back to clarify, they told me they couldn’t update the cleaner’s name on the website and couldn’t connect me to anyone who could actually help or escalate the issue. Meanwhile, their website explicitly states that if a cleaner is changed, it will always be reflected in your booking details—which clearly wasn’t the case here.
This isn’t just poor communication—it’s a safety issue. I booked based on a specific, verified person, and they attempted to send someone else without proper notice or transparency.
Completely unacceptable. I ended up cancelling and will not be using this service again.
