Bit of a delay (damn snow) but great customer service when checking things. Products were exactly as I expected so all good. Friendly, personal service which was over and above. Just excellent. Definitely a place for more fun shopping. Thank you lovely people 👌🏼👏🏼

It took weeks and a complaint through PayPal to eventually get my purchase. They answered a messenger message asking for a discount voucher within minutes but when I placed the order they didn't respond at all via messenger or email to tell me where my order was, despite numerous requests. I certainly won't be using this Holyflaps again.

My stars have increased by one because they have refunded the price of a cup (which was for a friend's birthday but didn't arrive in time). Faith is restored.

I have been waiting three months for a pillow. I've reached out multiple times to find out the shipment status and there haven't been any response from facebook or their website. This "store" is just a front to scam money from people. Unacceptable way to run a business.

Admittedly I didn’t read these reviews first, so I had high hopes for this site. I follow them on Facebook, which they post on regularly, however when I placed an order & 2 weeks later it still hadn’t arrived I wasn’t impressed. During the 2 weeks I emailed twice & left a voicemail. Didn’t get a response at all. Based on that I sent a further email asking for my order to be cancelled & a full refund. I got a reply the same day. I also got a full refund straight away. Disappointing as I was looking forward to buying my friends & family all kinds of abusive things, I’ll just be going elsewhere now.

If I could if give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered over 3 weeks and still nothing. Do not believe the clearly fake ‘positive’ reviews below left in a 2 day block.
They never pick up any calls, it just goes straight to voicemail. I messaged them on Facebook and they eventually got back to me and said they would have my goods in first class post the next day - that was 2 weeks ago. Blatant lying to the customer and with the amount of negative reviews on here it seems like they’re completely unashamed too!
Zero service, zero communication and zero goods received.
Seems like a complete scam. Do not waste your hard earned money with this company!

I’m baffled by the people who give this poor excuse for a company anything more than one star. I placed an order for Christmas on November 24. Never came, no shipping confirmation sent, nothing. I emailed, Facebook messaged, and even called this pathetic place. NO RESPONSE! Thank God I had paid on their site through paypal. Last week I filed a dispute. PayPal contacted them and what do you know, it was ready to sent! I told them to cancel, of course no response again, escalated my dispute to a claim with PayPal, and just got my money back today, 2 months later! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Have ordered a couple of items from Holy Flaps (and been eyeing up a couple more for my collection) and have always been really impressed with the quality and care that goes into each piece.

I cannot fault the customer service at all. always very friendly (and funny) and willing to help in any way possible.

Love the mug I brought, very quick delivery aswell and it makes everyone laugh when they see it. I recommend you to everyone x
