Never use this service
Never use this service. 1.) They make you pay for the parking ticket in and out so add £14 to the price. 2.) If your flight is delayed past midnight they shut down so you can only pick up your car at 04:00. Ridiculous. Not worth it and more expensive then other more reputable services once you factor in the in out costs. Best to avoid.
They must be avoided at all costs
They must be avoided at all costs. The worst car parking company ever! They had my car for three months and were supposed to charge it but didn't, They then blew my alternator trying to get the car started & I had to wait with my now broken & very dirty car to be picked up by the RAC for nearly 6 hours with no water or food on the honest day of the year! They all now refuse to give me their insurance company details! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
One star as it doesn't allow zero
One star as it doesn't allow zero. Heathrow terminal 3 short stay drop off. Booked them through Go Compare broker. Avoid this company at all cost. Booked with them with what seemed like a good price £60.
The small print which isn't obvious means you have to pay £7.50 on collection and return on top. So the cost isn't the bargain you think. £15 extra.
Drop off... Rang them at 5am with 20 mins notice to a very rude guy Asian voiced saying... we insist on 30mins. Gave them 30 mins by parking up before arrival. They still hadnt arrived.
Pick up ... rang to say we had landed.. same abrupt Asian voiced guy saying ..." call when you have luggage". Called when I had the luggage. 30 mins later no one arrived with our car. When I called back the same guy said I hadnt called back earlier. They then took 40 mins to arrive. When I raised with the lovely guy who delivered our car he said" let me guess, rude controller". From reading the reviews below... very similar experiences by others. Don't use these Maple operate at same location.. slightly dearer but no hidden costs and polite.
This company is rude, with misleading prices

I had money stolen from my car
I had money stolen from my car. I dropped my car off with some loose change and when I collected it had been stolen. Someone had also rummaged around the other compartments in my car and messed around with sunglasses.
Extremely disappointed that someone stole the loose change from my car. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
Rip off cowboy meet and greet. Edward lloyd parking
Booking through holidays parking ..and it ended up that our car was picked up by edward lloyd parking.
The drivers are not in uniform...no id....can barely speak english.... We had no choice to give the car to this person...as it was a late booking.
After we checked directly on the edward lloyd website....there last review was in 2013??? Now it makes sense.
Our car was returned with extra high miles...and items stolen from the car.
Be carefull who you give your car to.
Shocking service and couldn't care less attitude - avoid
Followed all instructions and cled when twenty minutes away from Heathrow t2. No driver there to meet me and had to wait further 30 minutes for someone to turn up. Driver and manager weren't interested in any complaint and simply said do I want to use them or not. Oh and they stick you with the car park charge too. Very unprofessional and would strongly recommend using another provider. Really crappy service.
Cowboys. Book with someone else.
Booked with hotelparkings.co.uk for meet & greet at Heathrow. They were 45 minutes late to collect our car meaning we missed our airport lounge booking. Had to pay £8.90 parking ticket for the privilege too. Phoned when we picked up bags on landing, told car was en route but left stood in freezing cold for 45 minutes again waiting for our car to be delivered (driver told us he went to wrong terminal.) Car smelt strongly of burning clutch when we got it back. Another £5.10 to pay to get out of car park. Overall a terrible experience from a company purporting to offer a stress free service. Would never use them again.

We booked a meet and greet for…
We booked a meet and greet for Manchester Airport landing back in on 9th October at 11pm. It took 4 phone calls for the number on the card to be answered keeping us waiting to be collected. The driver then turned up on foot to inform me he had been in a collision with another vehicle. He handed my key over, walked back to where he had left the car where the incident had happened and exchanged cross words with the driver of the other vehicle. I started taking photos of the cars and upon looking up and speaking to the other driver the meet and greet driver had disaappeared. He wouldnt answer the phone again and left 2 women stranded 130miles from home in a vehicle that he had had a collision in that was undriveable. His company Vactioncare meet and greet have failed to correspond and issue their insurance detials. Holiday Parkings who we booked it through responded saying they are just an agent and it is not their responsibility. Surely they should be checking the companies they are contracting out to have full insurance and offer a proffessional service. Leaving the scene without giving a name, insurance details or offering assistance to females in a car so damaged it had to be recovered is appalling.
Good experience of holidy parkings
I have very good experience of holiday parkings at Heathrow airport in December month. On my arrival at departure area I have handover my car to the Holiday Parkings. I feel myself very convenient and hassle-free way to park at the airport. On my arrival after one week my car was handover to me without waiting at the airport. It was so good not to delay myself to reach home. At my departure and arrival both times drivers were very kind and humble. I advise who is flying from Heathrow airport, please use this company for car parking at airport and stay hassle free.

Staff better than a sat nav
Was running late due to traffic and sat nav problems Dave was on duty and when I rang him he stayed on the phone until I found the park was really pleasant and concise with his directions couldn’t ask for a more pleasant and helpful member of your staff 5 star treatment from him

DO NOT USE
I picked up my car to find clutch fluid leaking out of my car. The greeter refused to give me his details or those of any company representative. He threw my car key on the car seat and ran off.
My clutch was wrecked, excess mileage recorded and my car smelling of cigarettes
My phone calls to the advertised contact details remain unanswered!!
