NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY
Never again ! If I could’ve give 0* it would’ve been more likely.
Used this company for 1 weeks parking at Heathrow the guy on the mobile on arrival was very rude and arrogant and not helpful at all.
BEWARE YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THE ENTERANCE & EXIT FEES YOURSELF WHICH THEY NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT WHEN BOOKING.
When they come to meet myself they never even looked around the car and when dropped off back to myself late at night I said let’s go round the car the guy just walked off after handing my ticket and said machine to pay is over there.
I would stay away from this company there are more professional meet & great parking available that do t charge entry and exit fees and not as rude.
⛔️and surprise no way of replying to a reply by the company other than editing your own post ! Fact yes you do operate from Heathrow how come you left a card in my car offering 15% on next order ! Just same reply as you seem to put to most people knowing after your reply there’s no way of replying to your reply !⛔️

Please confirm you have the right company and leave the review there accordingly.
If you feel you are booked through us please leave your reference number here and we will look into the matter for you.
From your booking reference it is clear you did not book through another website. A promotional card was left in your card from the operator who is running a promotion and is able to offer further discounts to their customer for future booking.
Please remove your review and post it on the website you book through or the company who picked up your vehicle. We have no connection to this booking.
Be careful who you choose
I chose Mayfair Parking on this comparison site and the service form this 3rd party was awful. Late pick up and damage to car. This 3rd party has multiple complaints and therefore feel the need to leave a negative review for a comparison site to still show this company as an option to supply very services.

The gentleman who dealt with my issue was extremely helpful and very professional. The issue was resolved within a few minutes, even updating my vehicle details as well. It's very refreshing to deal with a company that values professionalism and customer satisfaction. Well done.

I opened trust pilot just to leave these guys a review. They were very helpful. I had to edit my booking, they did that for me and then showed me how I can do it myself in the future.
You can tell they are new but you can also tell they are here to stay.
