The whole booking process was so easy. We are really looking forward to our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam, the tour we chose covered everything we were wanting to see. All the staff have been very polite and helpful that I have spoken to.

They said I hadn’t provided my address so I clicked the link and did it. Then a week later they said I still hadn’t done it and I had! Having to do it again!

So far so good 😊 but I’ve only just booked. Easy done, quick to answer emails. But all I’ve done is book the holiday let’s wait and see.

Holiday Max is the worst company to do business with. We booked a holiday to Europe for 8 people and one had to cancel due to Medical reasons, 12 months later still trying to get some response from holiday max so we can claim on our insurance. They will not answer Emails or phone calls hoping we just go away. Please do not use this company for travel ifn you have a problem they will not do anything to help you.

Poor in communication in booking this holidays. Very quick to get your money. They booked my trip for 10 days instead of 12 as paid. No reminders on payments due.

The consultant was courteous and quick to get to us about travel arrangement. Darren answered all my questions.

I had to cancel my holiday for unfortunate family events a few weeks prior to going on my holiday and I got less than 20% of my cost and to makes things worse it took them over a month to don't with no consultation i tried calling them about my ridiculous refund amount nothing . What a joke wahta a Rip-off

There are a couple of different forms to complete.
Take your time , read eveything , and do it once properly.
Now we are looking forward to the trip.
