Great response, and great information

So far so good!

I was not told prior to booking that the final payment was due only 2 weeks after booking and yet our trip is some 8 months away.

I found my queries were promptly and thoroughly answered via phone and confirmed in writing so that there was no misunderstanding. Renny was very helpful but was not ‘pushy’ for a sale. I really appreciated this as it meant I could clarify points about the river cruise without feeling trapped.

Darren who was our consultant was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He has kept us informed of everything at each step.

It was easy to book, and received the confirmation of our booking without any problems.

Very easy to understand the website despite so many options. The booking process was also simple and quick, and staff on the phone very pleasant and helpful. All around. Great experience.

Unable to contact tour consultant, despite messages left on three consecutive days, 24th, 25th, 26th February, 2026 with the call receptionist, requesting Holiday Max return the call. One week later, still no return call.

Not enough info given, at first, when trying to book & pay deposit. Was not informed that deposit would not be taken, and booking guaranteed, until after some stipulations required, were forwarded. Requirements were sent, but have not had an email to confirm deposit has been credited and booking in place, from your company. Poorly done. Not enough communication at start. Is this what type of service we will be receiving throughout our association with your holiday group?

Helpful attentive staff on the phone. Nicholas was polite and helpful for our needs and enquires.
