Everything we needed was provided, the cottage was spotlessly clean, there was lots to do around the area. We would definitely recommend this cottage to our friends.

Have to be honest on this expected a harbour view as name was harbour view very misleading had view of dirty ally with bear barrels from angel pub and borderd up shops so have to say that was a let down
Stairs to apartment our exstreamly steep would not recommend for anyone who is not good on stairs
Very noisy in evening till pubs our closed and with heat we had haveing windows shut was not an option

Lovely cottage in a great location. Furnishings are of high quality and very comfortable. Handily placed for both Hereford and Hay on Wye. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful, they were also great with my dog. The Black Mountains are stunning and well worth a visit. Also Hay on Wye market was brilliant. I took my bike and would like to have further explored, but was a bit limited by having my dog. Would highly recommend this cottage, plus the booking process was easy.

The cleaner told us the curtain would be replaced but it wasn't.

Very comfortable cottage. Everything that you needed was there. A great location, plenty of walks and the beach was a short drive away.

Cleanliness of Poole Farm cottage, Stowupland left a lot to be desired. Location and local facilities were great but for us cleanliness is a must.

Fantastic location just a stones throw away from Windermere and Bowness. Peaceful area with great amenities. It was immaculate inside when we arrived and my wife and I loved every second we were there. Would highly, highly recommend.

The cottage we booked was old. It had very steep stairs with no hand rail, which was not stated in the advert or obvious from the pictures. It was an issue for my father and would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues and small children.
The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on for any time. There were not the chairs in the garden that were shown in the pictures.
I have pointed this out yo the company and I hope the advert is altered.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in and literally fell in love with Cherry tree cottage the minute we walked in and we could have stayed there for ever. Highly recommend this place. Very dog friendly, comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Everything was perfect and we will most definitely be back.
