Excellent service and support

Excellent service and support. They will solve problems when they occur to keep your internet going. ( Especially during these hard times). Excellent speed for what your paying each month. A lot cheaper than most companies.

Speed is great, service is great!

I looked at every possible company to provide me with broadband Internet at my home in Javea. HolaWifi were the only company to send out an engineer to first determine whether I could receive their wireless broadband service and, if so, what download, upload and latency speeds could I get.

No other company could provide upload of greater than 1Mbps. That was just insufficient for my needs.

The HolaWifi engineer determined that I could get upload speeds of at least 4Mbps. As it turns out, on average, I get around 50Mbps down and 8 Mbps up.

Yes, I have had a few times when either I completely lost my HolaWifi broadband or the download speed dropped to almost zero or the upload speed dropped to almost zero. I simply WhatsApp message HolaWifi and within a day or two my problem is fixed. On one occasion they sent an field engineer who, in the end, pointed my antenna at a new HolaWifi transmitter.

In summary, the speed is great and the service is great.

Very good service desk

Very good service desk. Only thing What is not good, no contact with technician. No call no visit. So the reception is a little better for now but not as good as it was and where I payed for.

I wanted to move my line with me to my new apartment so I called them in advance that I was going to move. Nobody called back to make an appointment to remove the old antenna on time only after I had already moved. The mechanic said he was coming to my new apartment to install the internet on a Thursday morning so I took time of work so he could come around and do the job.

But he doesn't show up because the office told him they need the old antenna back first so he couldn't do anything. So I called the office to tell them that I no longer have the keys to the old apartment and I don't know the people that live there. They just told me that I had figure it out myself! Knock on the door or find a way to get their phone number, Ridiculous!!

So after a week and half of no internet and now this I decided to cancel the contract, but they said I would still have to return the old antenna otherwise they would take 120 euros out of my account as a damage claim. I let them know on time that I was going to move and that there were several antennas on the apartment building and I didn't know which one was mine and I was willing to pay for a mechanic to come and remove it which is what I had agreed upon with the office.

They may sound like a great internet provider on the Spanish radio but I would not recommend them, their office is a mess and I had to speak to 5 different people to explain what happened and they all just said that I have to find a way to get the antenna back even though I had explained again and again that I can't get back in the old place.

I don´t know where to begin! Stay away from this company.

I don´t know where to begin! This company promised me a good and reliable internet connection in Dénia, Alicante. I signed 18 months contract with them. First few months the internet was good, but I never got the speed they promised me. Then for the next 12 months or so I had to mail them almost every other day, the internet was always down and when it worked I only had 1-2 mbit speed. I paid for a disk and router at the beginning. Then after the contract expired they told me to return it! I had paid for it so its mine, then I got a letter from their lawyer thretning to sue me! Then the price kept going up, and I was billed 60 euros a month. While they advertise it much cheper on their site holawifi.net. I had to send many e-mails to them to cancel the contract that they just ignored. So I had to ask my bank to stop the payments.. So just stay away, really bad service.
