Was very very pleased with the installation service. Called hola WiFi Thursday, job done the next day. The technician did a great job - drilled where he needed to and made the external wiring very neat. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

From experience, and I read so many horror stories on Facebook about unreliable internet providers that when I went with HolaWifi four years ago I didn’t expect them to be any different.
How different things turned out to be. The service is fabulously reliable and on the odd occasion there is a problem, a quick WhatsApp in English to them and it’s usually sorted in minutes. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Technical backup service is pretty good. They respond very quickly and take issues seriously. We had a very slow connection recently, then none at all. I contacted HolaWifi via mobile and sent a screen shot to explain the problem. Within a matter of minutes I was contacted (mesaged on Whatsapp) and reassured it was being looked into. Normal service was resumed within the hour - actually the speeds increased so they obviously did something right!!

Very good and fast customer service. Issues are resolved in minutes.

Excellent service, inquired on Wednesday fully installed Thursday. Very professional install even managed to use existing aerial conduit to run the cables so nothing had to be surface mounted.. A nice neat job.. Thanks

have to admit my Spanish is not as good as it
should be.
We had a problem with no connection the next
day. A couple of WhatsApps and phone call
soon sorted it out. Very good customer service

We had MAJOR problems with our old supplier.
We messaged Hola wifi via their website, had a quick response and the engineer came, installed and tested within a week.
Very happy with the service.
Our old supplier's engineer who FINALLY came out (after 3 weeks of us complaining) said "sorry I can only get 12Mb maximum"
Hola wifi engineer said 40Mb is no problem, let us know if you want/need more!

I like holawifi. Fast service (in my case, the installation was next day 8am). Fast network (in my case 110Mbps). Pleasant installer team. They worked quickly, clean job, neatly done and very fast. So all in all well done. I can recommend HolaWifi.

I lost my internet connection. I called the technical support help line. I was able to talk to someone in English. They told me they would call me back in 30 minutes, which they did and quickly resolved my issue. Excellent, efficient, polite service. Two days later they called me gain to check that everything was working correctly. I am very impressed.

Their engineer Jorge from Oliva arrived very promptly just after 9.00am as they had intimated by phone. He was very pleasant and installed the new system for us very efficiently and stayed to ensure that all our equipment was working correctly before leaving. He could not have been more helpful.

After a bad service experience with another provider, Hola WiFi was recommended to us.
All promises were perfectly fulfilled: correct planning and appointment, smooth implementation of the installation, friendly staff, solid connection (better than our previous provider), easily accessible service department. Thanks for the good cooperation.

Once again Hola Wifi were prompt and attentive in resolving my lack of signal. My antenna was checked remotely and reset, then when this didn't solve the problem, I was called throughout the day with instructions on how to check my harware. A technician visit was offered, but by constant attention, my Wifi connection was restored without an engineer attending. Thank you Hola Wifi ***** 5 stars from me

I went to the Hola WiFi office in ondara on Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday I had an up and running Internet system and also a smoothly exchanged mobile service. The order service is simple and professional. The execution of the installation is professional, friendly and accommodates the fact that my Spanish is not as good as is needed for technical exchanges! The follow up check in from the customer service team is thorough, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the system and the increase in speed, the reason for my purchase, is excellent. I recommend Holawifi wholeheartedly.
