It’s easy to set up (from country selection to amount of days). Sim activation was smooth also. I have used Holafly in Mexico and Albania and both times the connection was absolutely reliable.

Connection was great during my 6 day trip to Guatemala, from when I got off the plane until I was back on it 6 days later.

I tried using Holafly twice and succeeded once. Despite that, I will continue to use Holafly. Due to my spread out family and my career, I travel abroad often. The price difference compared to my cellular service provider (a little over $30 for Holafly for two weeks versus $168 for two weeks with my cellular provider) makes it worth it.

The first time, in the Bahamas, I was unable to use the eSIM simply due to my own error. I stated I was in the US during installation when I should have chosen the Bahamas. The second time I used it, in Indonesia, it worked flawlessly. Connection speeds sometimes dropped, however, that was more due to the areas we were in. When in Jakarta, the connection speed was just fine for anything you want to do. We were even able to use hotspots in a pinch.

I will use Holafly again and often. It is a very useful and affordable service for the savvy traveler.

The plans are well-suited to my needs. Signing up and activating the eSIM is very easy. The connection and speed were flawless in all the countries and cities I visited.

Great e-sim for Kenya that worked well when I was there. Initial set up to activate e-sim was tricky and I needed help from customer service/tech team. This was via chat function and used screen shots and job aids to get it working. Once installed it worked well when I landed in Kenya.
