Quick and easy to browse and navigate through

I was very pleased that the service was available as I urgently needed an antibiotic at about 6:00pm on a Friday night.
At the pharmacy I was told about this service and helped by the pharmacist to make contact, speak to a doctor on my phone, answer some questions and receive a suitable antibiotic for my condition.

Based on my experience, I can say that Hola Health is a great telehealth platform. The medical help is provided quickly. Also, they offer prescription.

Paid for an appointment for my 3yo to get a pathology form, a service they specifically advertised. The form they supplied was not Medicare compliant, making it completely useless to me as I would have to pay exhorbitant amounts for the test that would otherwise be free if the form had been correct. I supplied my Medicare details before the appointment. To make things worse, they have no contact number and a week later have not replied to my email. Disgusting scammers.

Excellent fast service and easy to use app. Only issue was doctor prescribed me only a 1month supply when I selected 3x 1 month supply but otherwise I will continue to use such a great service

So easy to use the app. Very quick response and doctor explained all I need to know. Script and sick certificate came through to me immediately.

I waited a long time for my phone call the entire conversation lasted 2 minutes I needed antibiotics for a chest infection, explained I was allergic to penicillin, anaphylaxis so essentially potentially fatal. Script was sent through luckily I decided against using the delivery service as I would have received the potentially deadly antibiotics and taken them without concern. I went to the pharmacy and to the pharmacists horror explained I couldn’t take them and I would need to have another script provided as they were unable to contact the doctor on the script. I emailed hola support and the concern of negligence was brushed off and I was simply told you will receive and different script shortly.

Good consultation, but the receipt should be better and properly (pdf).

Easy and convenient. Only had to wait for a short time to speak with a doctor - who was very helpful. The prescription was sent straight to my phone. Will be happy to use Hola again.

Quick and easy

Really dissapointing experience, was sick with covid an needed a prescription for antiviral medication. Download the app and entered my details, during the consult the doctor said she's was having problems with my Medicare card and couldn't issue a prescription, said she would call me back. This never happened, I emailed the help centre and was never assisted, they just took my money and never bothered calling m as promised, I won't be back.

I applied for a medical certificate which I was led to believe was signed by a dr or nurse practitioner. The person who signed was an rn. I work for gov and they won’t accept it. The person who responded via email was quite blunt and unsympathetic. Told me to do a Telehealth. Would never use again.
