How can anyone be constructive about a company that doesn’t deliver what they say. They should be done for wrongful advertising a lifetime guarantee on a product and it’s pathetic useless customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ?

Another customer scammed here. Black Friday sale announced, spent around £150, have received nothing and no correspondence from the company, despite emailing around 5 times now. Looks like my money has been stolen. Avoid at all costs.
Very nice product, not so nice shopping experience
At first I thought this is a scam because of all the reddit talks and the fact that the page says your orders will be shipped in 2 or 3 days I contacted the seller after 3 weeks and then my order was shipped.

I got scammed
I got scammed. Upon the company returning I tried to order some extra parts for my KLIP grinder (the Klip Blades) I emailed over 4 times trying to get updates over a 2week period and no replies. Had to contact bank for a refund AVOID! (That’s sad to say as I liked the product but this company is a SCAM) ordered on the 15th October 2025 and still no responses to this day 5th November 2025

After 2 years of use I gotta say….their grinder is the worst cannabis product I have ever spent money on.
As a cool looking EXPENSIVE piece of metal…cool.
As a functional grinder it is a solid 2 of 10.
I have never dropped and wasted so much cannabis in my life.
I don’t think the Danish know much about cannabis daily usage. More concerned about outward aesthetics.
This grinder is basically a job to hold together and grind. Much like their other products….the magnets are a joke. Pair that with the motion of grinding….LOL.
It’s almost like the creators of Hoj don’t even use their own products daily. Cuz if they did these concerns and inadequacies would be noticed pretty much immediately.
I gave it years, people.

Hoj is trash for daily use.
Looks great on a desk and to talk about with your friends that don’t do cannabis.
That’s about it.
Literally just threw mine in the trash prior to writing this. Had to finally cut my losses lol.
KLIP - Clip your expectations!
I bought the KLIP mini from HØJ at Spannabis 2022. Testing at the booth wasn’t allowed, which I now understand - because once I tried it at home, I found out the magnets were way too weak. The whole thing fell apart during grinding. A $100+ design fail.
I contacted support and was told: no refunds (too late), but they’d upgrade me to a better version “soon.” One year passed. Nothing. I followed up. “Just two more weeks,” they said. Then silence. Then another follow-up. “We’re so sorry, we’ll refund you.” Great!
Wait, no — the refund didn’t happen either. So: no product, no refund, no solution. Only more apologies, delays, and redirects.
Then - one year later - came the CEO Simon Folmann's email: HØJ was back, stronger than ever, and ready to fulfill my long-lost order. “Your shipment will be prioritized,” he said.
Guess what happened next?
Exactly: Nothing.
So over the course of more than 2 years and 30+ emails, I’ve been promised upgrades, replacements, refunds, priority handling…
My last emails haven’t been answered at all.
The company’s motto should be:
“We promise everything. We deliver nothing.”
coating wears off, zero support, fake warranty
The black coating of the grinder started peeling off and contaminating the material — completely unacceptable for a premium product. I reached out to support and, after weeks of silence, they finally promised a replacement under the lifetime warranty. That was months ago, and I’ve been ghosted ever since. Disappointing experience for such an expensive item.
No shipment since 02/2024
I ordered from them and paid for their products in February 2024. At first they reportedly had issues with their warehouse - this was also in 02/24.
Two months later I wrote them an email asking for an status update. I got the response that the founder is dealing with family issues.
About one year later in 04/2025 I received an email from the founder - Simon Folmann - stating that they are back and ready to start shipping again.
He asked if I still want the products.
I told him yes and afterwards he sent me a link to "complete" the order. After opening the link he sent me, I was asked to pay again.
I told him that I already paid over a year ago and that he should send out the goods or refund the $ 200. That was on 5th May 2025, I never heard back since.
I am thinking about going to the police and make a report for suspected fraud.

The worst customer service! Buyer Beware! You WILL be ignored by customer service. The 30 day return window isn’t enough. They will ignore you, the window will close and you will be stuck with your purchase. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting over two months for…
I have been waiting over two months for the shipping of my order, I’ve spoken to customer service several times and not getting anywhere, they now just send an auto reply.
I was advised to email Simon the founder, which I have twice, however he seems to not be bothered in replying. HØJ promote themselves as a premium brand however seem to provide a sub standard services.
Disappointing as I’ve bought other items from them and they have been great. I would be careful about purchasing from them.

No Product, no Feedback
Hello together,
unfortunately they seem to have big delivery and support problems.
We have ordered some weeks ago, and did only receive an Email, that it will take longer than they mentioned.
From then on no more updates. Neither an Email or a Call..
I really hope, they can fix this and just send over the product. It was a Birthday Present, and this kind of delay and service bzw. no service, is absolutely unfullfilling..
The products seem to be nice, but at the moment we are only disappointed..
