Great quality products, at a great price! It can be hard to find kpop products in the UK that aren't super expensive, but pretty much everything is reasonably priced and a lot cheaper than other kpop uk websites. Fast delivery, and some cute freebies too! Will be buying again! ☺️💜

Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well.

Unfortunately, both of the magnetic keychains appears to have a manufacturing issue. Customer service was polite and acknowledged it could be a manufacturing issue, but since the item is out of stock, the only solution offered was a return for a refund.

As an international customer, I was disappointed because returning the item would mean losing my shipping and duty costs. I was hoping for a more practical resolution.

Only had 2 orders from them but so far they are setting the standard. Quickly packaged and sent out, I received in 2-3 days. And the freebies are a cute touch. One of my orders was some photocards of specific group members and they sent lomo cards of those same members. Its clear that a lot of thought and care goes into what they do and I will be ordering again 🫶
