Their services are great only that I've experienced some challenges with my subscriptions thats why I've requested for the cancelation of my membership

I emailed them at once to get the membership cancelled and request for a refund since i thought i was paying for a delivery to get my prize delivered to me. & hobbyzoco.com did not fight me on this and took action & today i received an email to ensure me that the cancellation is done and that my request for refund was escalated.
