They have good customer care

I’m very impressed with the support I received. My case was handled professionally, with patience and kindness. The Escalation Team went above and beyond to ensure I am fully satisfied and my issue is resolved quickly. I really appreciate the personal follow-up and the effort to make things right. The customer service are very accommodating

The customer service are very accommodating and makes sure they give favorable response when complaints are sent to them. Looking forward to more experiences with them. There is this one particular customer care personnel whom I value so much, Eugene, he was very helpful and I really appreciate his service.
