Its a con run by conmen and con women its a subscription charge that reaccurs every 2 weeks no where did it say that.It does not make it plain and its not easy to get out off.

I thought I was ordering two swimming aids for my twin granddaughters, this was not the case. This was a subscription. I was then charged by another company known as Media Tv, then they sent an e-mail stating I had to provide my address for shipping which would cost £2.00, another con for subscription now known as allclothes. This company is trading under many names. I have been conned now for over £100, & I have received nothing, despite cancelling straight away as soon as I realised. They have refunded nothing to date and communication is automated e-mail responses, or them telling me I subscribed which I did not, they have the system set up that they tick the subscription box automatically, & it is the smallest print.
Please be aware of this Company, who knows the amount of vulnerable people they have conned to date. This should not be allowed.

I placed an order, or so I thought, but when I didn't receive confirmation I went on live chat. I found I had merely signed up for a subscription for membership to their club for special offers. As this was not what I had intended they did cancel my subscription. You have to be very careful not to fall into the trap. The agent was helpful and dealt with it quickly

Beware this is a subscription business and you get signed up for fortnightly significant subscriptions. The site itself is a lot of rubbish items - mostly glasses frames and back packs.

They offer great service and give good advices when needed help! Great customer service!

2 payments taken from account, I did not sign up and have never heard of this business. Fraud, I am unsure how they have managed to get my email address and bank details. I have reported to my bank as fraud

Unfortunately what I thought I signed up for was not what I received. I didn't read the terms and conditions, (my bad) but Carmen from the escalation team reached out and assisted hopefully resulting in a refund. She was friendly and courteous, actually a pleasure to deal with

The problem has been resolved.
I followed a link to purchase an item and authorised the payment only to find out that I had been misled and was informed I had signed up for a subscription service. I received a call from a company saying I had to pay more.money to receive my item. I reported this to customer services who told me I had accepted.their terms 3 days prior to me authorising the payment and was not.entitled to a refund. My account was closed and the 'credits' removed. After leaving a review here I was told I would be refunded if I updated my review. Now I have had my refund I have re-edited my review so people can watch out for this.

They are thieves, take money that doesn't belong to them. When you tell them you didn't sing up they keep giving you the run around and won't give your money back. They tell you to give them a 4/5 star rating and then they will refund you, what bull S! Can't believe what length they go to to scam you and to take you money!

Subscribed accidently however never used service and they offered a full refund great customer service will definitely recommend such a good service provider
