I didn’t experience anything cause I don’t know how I ended up being part of hobby always. I didn’t sign for any membership 💔

Customer support addressed my issue quickly, and I’m pleased with the outcome.

After I posted Hobbyalways as ascamming site, I received another email from them denying that they are a scamming site, asking me to delete the the post on Trustpilot where I reported them as scammer. In the email they said if I delete the message on Trustpilot I posted, they will refund the money they stole from me.
Once again a condition from Hobbyalways before they say they will refund me???? Really????

I entered a compition supposingly from Game Stores in South Africa. I won a Dell Laptop, and only had to pay the Delivery Fee.

I made the payment for the delivery chaarge of about ZAR50.00 only. I did not receive the laptop, instead they deducted another amount a week later from my account. (by the way it was made out of my virtual bank card where the CSV number changes after evey payment).
To my surprise another amount of about ZAR 700.00 was deducted from my account a week later by Hobbyalways.
Then a few days later another amount or about ZAR800.00 was deducted from my account by Hobbyalways once again.
I definatly did not make these payments, so Hobbyalways is a scamming site.
In my opinion Hobbyalways is an international scamming site, Please do not make any payment to them.

The service I received was outstanding. They addressed my concern quickly and with great professionalism.

I was scammed, i agreed to pay 2 Euros for an offer which redirected me here, and than ,,somehow" i ended up having a 28 euro subscription which was taken from my card next day, even if i ,,started the unsubscription procedure" straight after paying those 2 euros.
The agent says that ,,i was notified before top up" what the heck? I canceled my account before!! But the cancelation process takes two weeks so they can top up before you cancel.
NO REFUND!!! RUN FROM THEM!!

Ps. I've tried to use my ,,credits", and what a surprise! I've got no order confirmation, the agent told me that is ,,out of stock" and i didn't even get those fictiv credits back.

I am happy because you respond to every questions I have raised and helped a lot with the misunderstanding I had.

The support team were superb, everything was run efficiently,

I didn't dislike the company. I didn't understand what to do.
