Truck went to the wrong location

Truck went to the wrong location. Arrived a day late to the correct location and then showed up without the load bars he was asked to bring.

We had a complex pickup

We had a complex pickup, trailer drop job to be done. Had a driver cancel last minute during a critical point but our rep was able to find a new truck and the delivery was made faster than we expected.

I like shipping that is seamless but…

I like shipping that is seamless and HNRY has done just that. However, HNRY has indicated that paperless invoicing has been implimented as a HNRY "business decision" but this does not align with our invoice payment policy of original invoices to be mailed.
