Great price and good communication when I called them

Above and beyond. Very responsive customer service.

Had a defect in my chair. Just sent evidence and they setup a return collection for the chair. Refunded no problem.

Bought a refurb Herman Miller Aeron from these folks in May 2024, I could not even tell that it wasn't brand new! And for a quarter of the price of a new one.

Had a few questions about the product beforehand and the team were responsive and informative. Highly recommend, if I ever need another HM in future I'll be sticking with these folks.

Enquired about a repair , could not have been more helpful and communication brilliant .
The Guys helped me amend from a visit to them to a visit to me , I knew there would be an additional charge and rightly so .

There was an issue which was extremely frustrating at the time. What has impressed me was their desire to put things right. I had never purchased or used their services before. Once my concerns were noted they went above and beyond to solve my issue, offering a solution to me via text on a Sunday evening! Keep this up guys, this will make you stand out in the market. I have a business in the start up phase, when the time comes to purchase chairs, you will be the people I reach out too.

Ordered 2 chairs from this company that were delivered well within the expected delivery date. Both chairs are incredibly good quality for refurbs so well worth the price I paid. I was missing some wheels from one set and they posted a set out next day delivery which was amazing service. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to get an ergonomic chair to help my back, and HM Chairs is great value for money, the chair I bought looks almost new and has been refurbished to a very high standard. I was able to go and see the chair and try it out, then it was delivered to me a few days later. Thanks!

Ordered an Aeron refurb and I was expecting some scuffs and was praying the mesh wouldn't be replaced with a cheaper version.

It came within a few days and I've got to say, this might be my favourite purchase of the year. The chair might as well be brand new, all of the components are all good - no scratches, scuffs or holes. I only saw some marks on the arm rests but they were able to be wiped off. Most importantly to me, the mesh is original.

The seller forgot to include castor wheels with the chair, I used the site's live helper and they got back to me and shipped wheels next day.

Amazing chair!
Hard to believe its Refurbished looks like It's never been used before. Was easy to setup and the shipping time was accurate at 3-5 days. Ordered on the 14th and it arrived today. :)

I struggled to make contact or arrange an appointment with Herman Miller authorised repairs.
I don’t want to be unfair but because I only had one chair I do wonder if there was any interest in my repair.
In the end I contacted a relatively local dealer who also sells & repairs used HM Aeron chairs.
What mostly impressed me about the two gentlemen that called was their honesty & very fair prices charged.
They are not authorised dealers to Herman Miller but they give a service worthy of a good review.
In my opinion saved the day!

I needed my Herman Miller Aeron chair repaired—one armrest needed reattaching and the back locking mechanism was faulty. Adam quickly took the chair apart, identified the issues straight away, and had all the necessary parts on hand. He even gave the chair a full service, and now it feels brand new! Excellent work, top company, and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Very affordable chairs with maybe one or two small quirks, which are all listed in the product description! Highly transparent company and fast delivery. Will be using again once I move house.
