I took my Audi A1 to HL motors for a service. When I received a call to let me know the service had been done, Jason told me that both my rear tyres were "perished" (they were far from that), and that the rear brake pads and discs needed replacing. He quoted over £900 for the job. I declined to have the work done and took the car to another local garage where I had it all done for less than £500. I have been taking my car to HL motors for years but will no longer be doing so. Very disappointing.

There are reasons why I’ve been using H&L Motors to service my car for 30 years and why I won’t go anywhere else. They not only do do a great job on my car, but the staff from the mechanics to the drivers, the receptionist and the management are welcoming and have old-fashioned courtesy and manners. I highly recommend H&L Motors.

Booked my car in after finding the previous alloy refurbishment failed.Paint was peeling on three of the wheels.After explaining the situation to the H&L team my car was booked in fast and all wheels were professionally refurbished to a top quality.The team kept me informed of the progress and within four days the car was ready.Very happy with the results totally transformed the car.Now my wife wants her wheels refurbished too.

Was in need of trustworthy PDR and minor paint touch up and was recommended by a Porsche dealer who also uses H&L for some of their used cars that need touch up. Wholly satisfied and very impressed with the quality of the PDR work it’s as if there was never any damage really incredible. Glen was very open and communicative to quote and explain proceedings ahead of time and would highly recommend.

The attention and consideration is given in looking after my needs as well as those of my car! Very friendly and honest in their communication in what needs to be done and these are given as recommendations. Thank you.

Excellent service and excellent results. My car had been given a scratch and small dent whilst parked in a supermarket carpark. HL did a great job in getting rid of both scratch and dent so that you would never have known they were there. Would recommend this company.

What an excellent garage. Everyone there from the Receptionists, to Gareth, the Estimator and the Repair Team were so helpful and very understanding. Nothing was too much for them. Gareth went out of his way to make sure I had a car to drive after being let down by the courtesy car hire company and pursued my insurance company endlessly to get my repairs done.
On collecting my vehicle. All I can say is: It looked as good as it did when it came off the production line. You can’t get better than that.
