I purchased a 2012 jaguar Xf sportbrake 2.2d from this extremely poor car sales. HAMISH owner of HKM sold me a car which was apparently all in excellent order with FSH, he lied!! Only part service history and major faults surfaced immediately with this vehicle, I drove it home and the following day informed him that the interior light flashes on and off constantly and is dangerous whilst driving on the dark, the stop start does not work, red warning light on dash board informing that the car is not charging, the front parking sensors do not work among other electrical issues. I have rang over a dozen times emailed 11 times and sent 2 recorded delivery letters and he refuses to repair any of the issues or even now acknowledge any communications, as he is a registered AA dealer I have informed them and they are investigating HKM Devon car sales, I have had a full jaguar specialist report on this car and it also appears that a new gearbox may be needed due to a number of recurring faults codes within the gearbox which affect the gear changes and the stop start from working correctly. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW HOW BAD THIS HAMISH IS.

Dreadful service from Sean Benn at HKM CARS DEVON LTD. They purchased my Dacia Logan car from “Motorway” website, but failed to complete the purchase. No correspondence from the seller and they do not reply to emails and phone messages.
I do not recommend this company.

Bought new to us Audi , all good , came with full service, new tyres, valet and MOT, excellent service from staff. had an issue with battery a week in, after a cold snap,phoned and they sent me a replacement battery, can't fault their service.
