I bought a product and was very please with the speed it came and the quality, unfortunately one piece was missing, I sent one message to customer support and they instantly fixed the issue without any problems, I am beyond impressed, will be buying again so thank you for a great service.

I was very hesitant to spend money on a machine like this but good god almighty were my reservations unfounded. My biggest concern was the weight and quality of the device and the legs, but there's clear quality fabrication here. The legs are solid and heavy, the machine movement is smooth and it has force behind it. I was very, very impressed. Do y'all sell a tarp to go with these things?

Customer service was very helpful when I didn't notice the price was in pounds instead of usd like I'm use to. Shipping was fast even though I didn't get the tracking info until the day before it arrived.

I was very surprised how fast the shipping was. I had a large order and was shipped in two separate deliveries on different days. When I thought the second shipment was lost, I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and make sure my order was delivered. I will be making more purchases from this company again in the future.

Great product, very quick delivery, highly responsive communication. Small issues with one missing accessory and one incorrect accessory but swiftly rectified by email and tracked delivery..

Stable and quiet. Shipped quickly. Worth the price. Could use a descete reusable box to store in.

Nice product. Solid build. But shipping on attachments is slow. Tracking is as usual pretty vague and therefore useless.

Good products, discreetly packed and quick, polite responses to any questions. Will definitely be ordering again. Some items shipped separately but when I asked if something was missing from the package, they quickly confirmed it had shipped and gave the tracking number.
