I got very very worried when I clicked 17tracks.net because it sured looked like a scam site. I even wiped my phone. But until now it is okay, nothing happened and hismith delivered as promised. It is expensive but the quality is pretty good. Five stars because I have nothing complain

Extremely lovely service and ultra fast delivery (within UK). Paid on Monday and had my order on Thursday morning through the free shipping option! Great service even after sales. With all the discounts they offer you end up with a premium machine for half the price of other machines sold as premium but lower performed. Machine tried and tested and it can handle more than advertised.

The product is excellent....very high quality and well thought out. Future proofed with easily replacable components. Online app and community is also excellent, really good fun. Perhaps most importantly though the customer service is second to none. There was a technical issue which needed addeessing that was dealt with promptly and with faultless comubication / customer service. My only wish is that we had one sooner lol. Stll no reply and no refund after saying they cancelled my order and sent it back but they replied on here to show face I suppose had to contact bank to get refund. Edit got an email tody after airing dirty washing on trust pilot funny that, saying refund sent 29th to my bank so where is it, why not msg me then and say, instead of me sending 26 emails, Another excuse I think. I will setup a new email everyday to drive down the star reviews that aren't 1 star this is personal now.

Great, and I mean absolutely GREAT, customer service! I split my time between different countries and as my order was sold out in the eu storage and there no longer was time to get it in time for departure, they sent it to my other address with out any extra fee and just 5 days extra time.

This is item had free shipping Ordered on 20th now 28th still no tracking or updates, was told a logistics problem so i asked sophia if I wanted to cancel, how long would the refund take not that I want one, I then recieve a msg you would only recieve 70% refund and then they just cancelled without any confirmation, I have receipts, I said no then i want the item I'm not paying 30% for asking when will it arrive, as tracking says nothing. I recieve a message saying its been cancelled, I asked for tracking update haha and now radio silence literally also replied to this but dont to emails
