Super easy and efficient service Highly recommended
Ordered Mega bag and paid for collection at the same time.
The bag easily held all of the waste soil and rubble from my garden clear up.
Arranging collection was super easy online and within 2 days the bag was collected without fuss I didn’t realise it was happening until later in the day when I noticed the bag wasn’t there any longer.
I would definitely use the service again and would recommend it to others.

Incredibly easy. From ordering the bag through to the arranging collection and the actual collection.

First class service
I purchased a Mega bag plus collection. The bag was delivered promptly the next day. Once I had filled the bag I booked the collection. I booked late on Sunday evening and the bag was collected Wednesday morning. The collection was quick and hassle free. This is not the first time I have used Hippo. It is a first class service and suits my needs every time. The website is excellent and any questions are answered promptly by customer service.

Pace yourself no messing
Easy to order on line. There's plenty of time to get rubbish sorted into hippo bag ready for collection, which was quick and so the bag wasn't sat too long waiting to be picked up. Pleased with service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The bag was delivered the next day after ordering and collection was simply a click or two on the website. The filled bag was collected in a couple of days and I didn't have to be there to see it. Brilliant all round.

APPALLING SERVICE
AVOID. Absolutely useless. Repeated failure to turn up for collection, no communication and a list of excuses. Take your money quick enough and then fail to do what they're paid for. Appalling customer service. Book a traditional skip with another company.

The bag was delivered quickly by post. When ready for collection, it was easy to request this on line via their website. Collection was within 24 hours and whilst I was not at home. Lovely supprise to see a clear garden when I got home.
