The follow up consultation was very easy, I was able to complete via text, the practitioners were very understanding and helpful. My treatment has been better than expected, although I have had some uncomfortable side effects the practitioners have given me over the counter remedies that have worked

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service (having had a package go missing from communal post delivery area in residence) - easy to reschedule; thank you lelle. Feedback for company in general - better functionality to reschedule orders on website would be a big improvement as having to rely on emails is a little out dated (although I understand this is difficult when dealing with a prescription postal service).

I don’t feel like I’m seeing any results. It’s been approximately 7 months and I feel like my journey hasn’t been great and I have less money in my pocket. I probably should have given up after 3 months so I’m pretty discouraged at the moment

My first contact was of course with one of the GPs. He was very caring and informative. Made me feel heard. The pricing and different medications were explained really well and I was able to make an informed decision. Product postage and arrival is great also

Awful customer service.
I signed up on the website for a weight loss consultation and was asked to pay $249 upfront. During the process, I was prompted to enter my Medicare card number, but it was rejected because I had an old account linked to a different email.
I contacted customer support, but for about a week I was repeatedly sent automated “please book your consult” emails. I did receive a response from a person, but it was very generic and didn’t resolve the issue — just said they were “looking into it.” Another week passed with no progress, just more automated emails.
Frustrated, I decided to go with a competitor. I was able to get a consultation that same night and received medication within two days.
I then emailed Pilot to cancel my subscription, and interestingly, that was the only time I received a prompt response.
So if you use Pilot expect 2+ weeks for responses and no phone number to call.
