Breach of Contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
My friend purchased vehicle AO18 NFT for approximately £12,000. Within six months of purchase, the vehicle suffered a total gearbox failure, resulting in repair costs of approximately £6,000, together with additional losses including hire car costs.
A financial claim is being pursued for breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including Section 9, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality. The relevant issue is when the fault occurred, not simply when it was subsequently reported to the dealer.
FTA: Ray or Jay (Manager) – despite being given the opportunity to resolve the matter, my emails have now been ignored. The dealership has refused to reimburse the repair costs or accept the rejected vehicle.
As the matter cannot be resolved through communication, court proceedings will now be commenced shortly to recover the repair costs and associated losses.
Breach of Contract – legal action pending.

Waiting time
Alright dealership, was able to get free hot drinks and water. Also have toilets on site. But with that comes a 3 hour wait time to test drive the car and then told to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and the car seems to disappear and I had to wait a further 4 hours until I got the car and was able to leave. Was told the car is on the way and will be here shortly. And it never came even tho it was at the site the day before. Again I dropped of car for a free mot that came with the car. The company never got back to me. Had to call twice still with no response. I knew it was done because I checked online. I went in saw my car in the parking lot. So it was 100% ready and I ended up waiting under an hour till I got my keys.
The people where very friendly tho.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Rana. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process of purchasing my car feel straightforward and stress-free, and I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.
Rana was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood everything clearly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was happy with my purchase.
