We have used it for a month, the most friendly and supportive team we ever interacted, Deval was our guy, always there to help, and rady to take responsibility. So will give 5+ for the customer services. The only issue we faced with hikeup is the reports and register restrictions. At one time a single user can use the register which was a problem in our case because we have reseller's across the country. Magento integration, Oh Wau, hikeup is the best, we search and look a lot but never find integration solutions like hikeup. Our overall experience is very good.

After I wrote the review, Jay followed up with me in a few hours. He clarified some issues as well as recognized that my concern was valid. Within 24 hours, I had revoked the dispute with the credit card and had my system updated. I appreciate the quick response.

This system has all the hallmarks to be amazing but it is far from it!!!! They claim to have seamless inventory
management and integration with eCommerce but the reality is that orders placed online do not sync correctly back to hike and you are left with inventory issues, products oversell requiring refunds to be processed. Needless to say this costs business money - BNPL / Afterpay /Transaction fees are not recouped leaving you out of pocket.
This has been an ongoing issue for my business and each time I have raised the problems with examples with hike support only to have the finger pointed at the eCommerce site. However, after many hours of back and forth and further investigation, the eCommerce site has confirmed that appropriate webhooks are not sent when sales occur and therefore product inventory is impacted.

The program was generally quite good. The support team does an excellent and unexpected job with help around the clock, seven days a week. The program is easy to use and still needs further development to suit all the needs of its users. For me, my evaluation is 80 percent as a total of my use of it for about a month (Thank you, Deval)
