Brilliant installation experience with Tom Perkins

I liked our HiHi system but changing…
I liked our HiHi system but changing the connect app to Webex was a nightmare for us but , Devante from HiHi called us and sorted the problems in a breeze !
I actually told Devante that you really should have been the designer of the app as you do it way better than them . Thank you Devante

Excellent business internet and phone system
We’ve been using HiHi for our business phone system and internet services, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
The phone system is modern, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use. One of the standout features is AISuite, which makes it simple to update hold music and welcome messages whenever needed. Being able to tailor these messages for different seasons, holidays, and times of the year gives the business a much more professional and personal touch.
A special mention must go to Ste, the engineer who carried out the installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up correctly. He took the time to explain all the features, answer questions, and demonstrate how to get the most from the system, which made the transition seamless.
Overall, a fantastic service with great technology and outstanding customer support. Highly recommended.
