Jack came after a full day on another job to attend to our call to avoid us having to wait any longer to get our phone working. He got the replacement phone installed and checked the full system and looked at all the little niggles I had listed that were not on his call sheet, as they had presented themselves that day after the log for the faulty phone. Jack always explains things clearly and is very professional whilst at our property.

Misleading sales process
We were initially led to believe we were purchasing a phone system as part of a telecommunications service, with the equipment described as being provided at "no additional cost". What was not made clear was that the equipment was actually subject to a separate seven-year finance agreement with significant early settlement costs.
The distinction between the phone service and the finance agreement was not explained to us clearly, and subsequent "account reviews" resulted in further seven-year agreements being signed without our knowledge as directors.
We are now facing a substantial cost to exit the agreements. We feel the way the arrangements were presented was misleading and would urge other businesses to carefully check the finance terms and long-term commitments before signing.

We've been using this phone company for some time now, and the service has always been excellent. Adelaide was especially helpful on this occasion—professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout. She dealt with everything efficiently and made the whole process straightforward.
