I moved into one of there shared flat properties in July 2022 and moved out in March 2023.
The initial sign up process was easy, booking a viewing was quick and had great communication. When I viewed the room, it looked okay, a little dusty but I didn't really go in and poke all the furniture up close.
When I got the keys to the property, I was absolutely gutted walking into my new room. There was a huge list of issues, with both my room and communal areas. My desk was broken and held up by a set of draws which wasn't visible in the viewing. The bottom draw of the chest of drawers was had no track runners attached. The sliding mirror doors was off its rails. The window sides were covered in cigarette burns despite it been listed as a no smoking property. There was boxes and items left from the last tenancy. The blinds where to short for the window so you couldn't get changed without the neighbours been able to see. What can only be described as yellow, possibly urine, marks covered over the sink. And white splash marks over the paint in the cupboards. Even though my bed had a new mattress protector on both the matress was covered in brown and yellow stains. I was completely distrusted and had to sleep at a friends house for a couple weeks until they eventually delivered new furniture because the room was just unhabitable
And as for the communal areas. Two of the three toilets had smashed toilet seats, the only remaining viable toilet was not usable as excrement from one of the other flatmates was left in the toilet. The showers had tiles falling off and a bike parked in one. In the kitchen, the dishwasher wasn't usable due to hygiene reasons. One of the hobs didn't work and the bins were overflowing attracting flies.
The majority of these issues should have been sorted before I moved in. The inventory document taken by one of their staff members does in fact outline some of the issues in my room. However there was no action plan until I complained. Once I complained it took two weeks to sort some of the problems. I believe if I hadn't complained constantly, they had no true intention of fixing anything.
Throughout the months I was there the washer broke down and wasn't replaced for 2 weeks. In which they didn't even offer to subsidise laundrette bills as it broke with no warning. The floor had a leak which they told us was been looked at however nothing was ever done. I meant we had to wear wellies and boots in the kitchen because the floorboards were bubbling black/brown liquid leaving pools everywhere.
The worst part about the whole experience, was having to speak to the staff. They are rude and belittling. They do not listen and do not take company responsibility for issues within the building. Disgusting, unprofessional attitudes.
All I can say is thank god, I don't live there anymore. I will not be renting with them or there company again.

I requested an HHSRS report which I really needed for applying for a visa for my family, I requested the report on the 23rd of febreuary and got an email confirmation saying house will be assessed by Emma Drummond and the report will be with me on the 25th of march, because I had an appointment with the home office and I needed to provide the letter emma never got back to me contacted leanne as she was the new responsible of our property and she asked emma about the report and she says ( I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO IT) and it will be ready by the next week and that was 31 march and today is 18 april and she has sent me an email saying (I CAN DO IT THIS FRIDAY IF YOU STILL NEED IT). And all they say is if you need help contact emma I have no problem with emma and I haven't even seen her face BUT from the experiance I've had with her she can do nothing properly. UPDATE after giving the review I got an another email from emma threatning as if I don't delete my review she is not going to send me the report!!!!!! What kind a agency and people are you?
