I was able to reserve a room in a house…
I was able to reserve a room in a house with Higson Homes. The experience was smooth and hassle free. I went straight to their office on arrival, sign the letting document, made my payment and got the key.
The room also met my expectations and the housemates have been hitherto nice, peaceful, and quiet.

Great lettings knowledge
Joni from higson homes gave a great presentation at the property investors network meeting in hull. She gave great advice on tenancy compliance and the real costs of running HMO’s. She is a great source of information on the hull rental market.

The company is doing very well and excellent. The houses are neat and everything working perfectly well. I particularly liked the way they send their staff to come and clean the hallway, parlor, and kitchen once in a while, I think they should continue this practice, though I was not very impressed when we complained about the overgrowing grasses at the back of the house and they didn't do anything about that but overall I am satisfied with their services.
