Works pretty well
Works pretty well, would give 5 stars if I could have some guarantee that I can apply 0% IVA for exporting services and getting paid via Higlobe. I can withdraw funds to my bank account in Mexico almost instantly. Transaction statements could have more information or be clearer to make it easier in case SAT wants to see them.

The login is awful
The login is awful. This login with email link is not nice. And mainly, the auth session lasts for too few minutes (there were situations were I had to login 3 times just to keep navigating for about 10 minutes; but even in regular situations the session is too short).

Good Service, Needs International Account Transfers
The platform is good at what it proposes, always online, and it worked well whenever I needed it. I only had a few issues regarding the exchange rate not being updated in real time and having to open some tickets to check it. However, I miss having other possibilities — being able to send money to an overseas account is, for me, the main point for improvement.

It's great but it needs to be improved
I love what HiGlobe was designed for, but it needs a lot of improvement. It would be great to have an app so you don't have to log in from the web to know when you want to log in. The session closes very often, so it's annoying not having an app and having to constantly log in to your email and the web to log in. I love the concept of HiGlobe, it just needs a lot of improvement, which I hope they do! The only thing I hate the most is that when you transfer money to a digital card like the one HiGlobe offers, that money can no longer be returned to your HiGlobe balance. This card they offer is rejected by many stores, both online and in-store, so sometimes I feel like the money I deposited there is lost because I struggle to use it. I hope HiGlobe partners with a better company to offer digital cards to its customers.

Fast but random base dollar
They say spread is 0,3%, but you never know what the base dollar will be. So the final spread is something between 0,5% to 1% of commercial dollar. Still this is the fastest exchange. Once your money is there (ACH takes 1 day) you can convert it anytime and will be delivered instantly to your local account.
