I was able to book my reserved seat easily however I had some trouble retrieving my e-ticket. I was not able to transfer it to my AppleWallet app. Thankfully I saved a copy of it in my Notes File.

We booked tickets in advance. As soon as they became available they were bought and issued to us. Very happy with the service. Also contacted them during the process and got a response within 10 minutes (both from AI and a real person).
