After I'd given up on the situation already they came up with another solution and the matter has been handled in a good way. It took about 26 emails between Fiio, HifiGo and me but in the end we came to a solution. Even though at first they did not reply for a while, for the past few days the communication from HifiGo has been pretty good and overall I'm happy in the end.

Delivered free and fast to Germany (10 days), price was good. It was good buying experience.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. Customer service is top notch, products are fantastic and prices are very competitive. When I had an issue with a product (it wasn’t bad, I just didn’t particularly like the sound), I was immediately given rewards points towards a future purchase without even asking for it! HiFi Go does business the way that all businesses should. They put their customers first. I’m so impressed!

I have recently ordered several products from HiFiGo :
Aune S17, S9c reference DAC , SC1 ext clock, Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless headphones, a few good cables including the lovely Gustard clock cable。
All excellent products, no hesitating recommendation for their support and high speed delivery at least within China. At last I can buy some High Quality audio over here.

Hifigo is an excellent source for portable audio equipment and accessories. Prices are much lower than purchasing from UK retailers. I originally assume that I would have to pay additional taxes, but Hifigi handle and pay all taxes as part of the shipping costs, so the product prices listed on the site are excellent.

Delivery times are reasonable, usually within a week or two as the items ship from China, and a tracking number is provided.

The thing that really stands out is Hifigo's excellent customer service, as communication is very fast, courteous, and helpful.

I will happily purchase from Hifigo again in the future.

HiFi Go is an excellent professional company with outstanding after-sales service. I have made several purchase from HiFi Go and can't recommend them enough. After sales service is outstanding. My purchase so far- the Yinyoo 16 Core Silver Plated Cable 2.5/3.5/4.4mm - MMCX/2PIN/QDC and also the LETSHUOER x Z Review Z12 IEM's. Very reliable after sales service and an excellent range of Dap's &IEM's. It won't be my last purchase, saving for the HiBy RS2. I love the Z12's by the way!

Customer service is really friendly and fast with their responses. They helped me with a warranty issue recently. I have purchased from them on several other occasions and the service has always been amazing. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Performer 8 Hits way above it's price point. A mild w shaped signature with great coherency and synergy. Treble is perfect. Mids are rich, layered, textured and detailed. The bass slams well with both sub bass and midbass slam, but I think these are tuned slightly more towards the mid bass. The soundstage has great layering and depth, and it is about as wide as i would want it to be. Vocals are amazing, especially female.

Their prices seem really good. The shipping is expedient, and you get what you ordered. It's just not a good store for Europeans, due to the low grade of customer protection, and how shipping from out of China works. If you've an issue, you'll most likely have to ship it back to China, and pay fees which sometimes could be as much as the IEM.

Their customer service also seems to slowly develop a language barrier if you have a real issue, and the template responses don't suffice.
