This is the worst company…. I ordered a shade that would fit me. They sent me the wrong shade. When I contacted them by email ( which is their only point of contact) they never respond. This company is a fraud and horrible I wish I could give them two zeros!!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars since I received zero products from them. I ordered over a month ago. Still no makeup. They claim it was lost in the mail and they would give me a 30% discount and resend. Never heard back from them. Now they won’t even respond to my emails. I feel like they stole $55 from me. Don’t GIVE them your money.

I made my first order they sent me the wrong shade and I dreaded contacting them because I knew it would be a big hassle but wasn't I surprised. I emailed them and they responded the same day and asked if it was any way I could prove it wasn't what I ordered so I took a picture so they could see the name of the shade and told them to look at my purchase order to see the one I ordered. The next morning I got a email saying that they was going to reship at no cost to me and I didn't have to return the one I have and I would receive it in about 8 days . I got it in 6 days and it was the perfect shade THANKS HIDE for a great customer service team!!

Over the years I have tried numerous foundations and cover-ups. I saw an ad for Hide and figured since it wasn't super pricey, I would give it a try. Much to my amazement, it was just as advertised. I ordered again, and will continue to purchase this wonderful makeup. it is awesome to finally find something that works!

I been using very expensive make up for years like Lancôme, Chanel and other brands, but hide cosmetics is that best,

My daughter and I live by this stuff! I have rosacea and my daughter has eczema including combination skin. The concealer and foundation are the only two products that seem to work effectively. We both get full coverage with out the cakey look afterwards. It’s seamless coverage. My go to product! Highly recommend!

Sent me the wrong shades, couldn’t send them back. Stuck with product I cannot use. Worst service from a company ever. Never buy from again!!!!!

This is my second order my first order didn’t match and now I can’t even get a response from Hide as my second order is in limbo nor even trackable
Just says on way to ups going on two weeks now and I had to pay double even tho their color match was WRONG

I have a port wine birth mark on my face and neck Hide definitely covered it. I love it it's light weight and looks great on my skin.

I love the concealer I received it is the best one I ever had, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for good quality concealer.

I received my items in a timely matter. I did order the incorrect shades in the foundation and concealer and customer service assisted me in picking the correct shades and shipped them free of charge without even having to send the incorrect back to them. This concealer hides all my dark circles and imperfections. The foundation is so lightweight but offers full coverage.

I have ordered several times i love it it hides my tattoos great and it goes on really smooth and you should try it and thank me later

I have bought many foundations over the years and either they felt heavy, were not a true match or looked like I was wearing foundation. With HIDE it goes on smooth, matches perfectly and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything just a flawless finish. I’m beyond pleased and won’t be using any other foundation but HIDE from now on.

I had high hopes for this product but I would not purchase again based on the entire experience. I ordered the foundation in Porcelain after extensive research on reviews of the product and carefully determining what would be the best shade match for me. A week after ordering I still had not received any shipping confirmation, but instead received several automated emails along with a message from a rep saying they noticed I ordered the concealer (I did not) and asking if I’d like to also try a matching foundation. I responded saying I never even received a shipping confirmation or the product. I received no response. Several days later I received the actual product and was excited to give it a try. The bottle was aesthetically attractive however there’s no way of telling how much product is in the bottle. This is a definite con for me. I proceeded to give it a try with two pumps and immediately noticed the shade was nothing like what was shown online. It was a deep yellow / orange hue and almost immediately oxidized from there to a darker pigment. I decided to see how it would look blended onto my skin anyway and the shade of course was completely off. It honestly made me look like I had jaundice or altogether sickly. Two pumps was not enough for full coverage even though I have overall clear skin with minor / faded acne scarring in a couple areas and some discoloration under my eyes. For full coverage I needed about 5-6 pumps. The consistency of the foundation was very tacky and I found it did not set well at all. I used a very small touch up of my setting powder which honestly did not help how dewy and tacky my skin looked and felt. I think it only made the foundation look worse. Without setting powder, my face looked like it was slathered in oil. With that being said, I still wore the product at home for the day and the lasting power seemed great so I suppose that’s a plus. However when I went to wash my makeup sponge, the product literally would not come out of the sponge and ended up permanently staining it. Being that it is a new sponge and I wash after every use, this was concerning to say the least. Overall, I would not purchase this product again based on the mentioned quality issues and lack of customer service support. For the price, it’s a huge disappointment. The following day I went to a local drug store and purchased a bottle of foundation for a third of the price which exceeded my expectations.

The Hide products are outstanding. I have some sun spots on my face and these products completely cover all of them and at the same time is not heavy on your face. Love them.

Figured I'd leave a review after several purchases. Excellent excellent product! Full coverage. Feels nice on my skin. Also excellent customer service. One time out of many, one of my foundations arrived kind of open and leaking everywhere. I emailed Hide and they helped me out immediately... Sent a new one right away. Definitely a return customer.
