Tried to send back I needed pictures forget it...but won't buy again. No way it covers tattoos

I have used many concealers and finally found the one that’s perfect. Hide matches my skin tone and covers imperfections.

I just got my first order and I am so happy. I found a wonderful skin match and was really surprised that it takes very little for nice coverage. I used too much the first time, cut back the second time and still had too much. I will be ordering again.

I bought the concealer/foundation set in nude back in early Nov 2021 for $55. I also received the auto-generated email that said "we noticed you got the foundation, why not try the concealer too". Obviously they weren't paying attention to my order. Pkg arrives, they sent champagne, the wrong shade. I email them to notify them, they responded with "we'll make it right, correct shade on the way", but NO APOLOGY. 2nd pkg comes, color is WAY off! It was almost yellow, like a banana. I contact them again, this time asking for help to match my shade. I just get the generic directions and try again. I make my best guess and go with SAND. 3rd pkg arrives, now they're 2 different colors!! neither matches. Its the middle of December now, 6 weeks of dealing with this horrible company and YET AGAIN trying to get another replacement. I emailed them again and this time they "helped" me choose the shade, this time ALMOND. 2 weeks go by, no email, no tracking. I email YET AGAIN and now it's finally "on the way". I'm sent a tracking number. Upon checking it its linked to a package delivered in FLORIDA almost a week ago! I live in Las Vegas. Obviously the wrong tracking number that wasn't my pkg. They claimed my pkg was "addressed incorrectly". How could it be mine if you just barely confirmed a shipment? They couldn't even admit their mistake!! They even told me that because i didn't "confirm my address" they hadn't sent out a shipment. So did you ship or not?! So I finally give up and DEMAND a refund. They wouldn't even respond back. After literally 2 dozen emails to Hide total, I had to go thru Affirm to get my money back. The WORST experience! Please spend your money on a company that will appreciate your business.

I have used many concealers and foundations over my 61 years and this by far is the BEST. The coverage is perfect and the same with the Foundation. Although I think I need a darker shade.

It has been 2 weeks. They said they would provide tracking. No tracking , No product.
I will write BBB tomorrow because the are not responding and if I am going to give away money it will not be donated to them.

Worst makeup ever! Broke me out everywhere in 2 days! It says you will get a $100 gift card to Amazon if you leave a review on Facebook… BS! I contacted them several times asking how and no one gave me a straight answer. I hate this company.

My foundation & concealer are the PERFECT match….they wear BEAUTIFULLY! Huge, huge fan!

This is the best makeup and concealer. I tried another brand in between but did not even finish it. I Ordered more hide makeup. I won’t change again. I am 72 year old great coverage for dark spots and broken veins. I thank the makers of this product.

I ordered from Hide and got the wrong color. I told them it was wrong and they said they would send out the right color right away. When they sent the concealer the 2nd time, it was even darker than the first one I got ( I had ordered the lightest color). I just asked for my money back, because it's ridiculous that they can't send the correct color.

My order took almost a month to deliver! Then, it was not what I ordered! 5 days more, before they responded to my messages and agreed to reship! Two more weeks...AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED! At this point, I am requesting a refund!

I really like this product. It covers very well and the color matches are great. The customer service I received after my purchase was excellent. My cat had knocked my brand new bottle off my bathroom counter, and the pump broke clean off. I emailed customer service, just to let them know my experience. They replaced the bottle, and made sure I was happy with the original color I selected. I hope they develop a setting powder. Thanks Hide!

I have had dark circles since I was a kid, I have spent so much money on the most expensive brands. Then I saw Hide and tried it. THIS IS THE BEST ever. It covers my circles, doesn't cake on I LOVE IT!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I say anyone who is thinking about trying Hide you will not be disappointed. You will be so happy you did😁

I ordered from HIDE and they sent the wrong shade. NOT what I ordered and took forever to get it right. Although the product is good and does cover the chance of getting your shade is impossible and their return policy stinks. Right now I currently have four of their products none of which MATCH me, so I end up mixing them.

HIDE has the most amazing coverage. Some of
the very best I've used, hands down. and I've
used it all (prior to HIDE I used Giorgio Armani or Clinque no sweat... before they discontinued it). I was a little nervous about how my skin was going to react because I always seem to have issues when I change things up, but was pleasantly surprised!
I need to revise my color choice a bit, but it was still usable and and great for the summer / early fall.
Can't wait to order more!

I had the best experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong shade and they sent me the correct one free of charge.

I never buy things of Facebook ads
but in my never-ending search for the perfect foundation, I gave this a try. At 57, it is more a miss than a hit to find the right texture and overage for my skin. Hide checked all my boxes on both issues! Pro-tip for us old ladies. Be sure to moisturize and prep your skin before applying. You can thank me later! I will thank Hide now!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do NOT waste your money. I am very fair skinned and ordered the lightest one and it looked like brown paint on my skin. I contacted them to return and after mailing it back to them they told me they would not return unless I had my tracking number. I no longer did and so therefore I know they received it back but they will not refund me. Total scam. Avoid this company!!!!!

It goes on so smoothly and you can barely feel it on your skin!
