Consistent easy product to use and protect the user.
Good and easy-to-access support.

The experience started with a promise to maintain privacy by not maintaining logs. It only got better from there as they continue in striving to improve the experience with new Features, Sites and Speeds to keep up with the shift to streaming. I was fortunate that after renewing for years, I was offered a "Lifetime" deal which I enjoined without hesitation. Been a Customer since 2015

Easy to use. Good speed. Relatively good value.

It's easy to use, very reliable, and convenient. With just one click, you're directly connected to a private and secured network. The best VPN I have ever used so far.

Please keep working on dealing with China's the great firewall. This hasn't been solved yet.

On Linux, no Multihop and no Graphical Interface ( GUI ) . No ipv6 ( MacOs and Linux ). IPV6 it´s complicatetd to Disable. Complicated to start with terminal commands. Terminal commands hard to find in Tutourial and the whole Internet.

Have been a customer for a 6 years and had few issues. Once a issue came up, was resolved in a timely manner.

I like the ease of using Hideme VPN. I have been using for many years now and have no issues. If something limits me to 5 downloads (ie. ebooks) a day, then I simply change my location and get 5 more downloads. So easy.

I've been using Hide.Me for years and love it. Great value for money and I feel safe using it.

Works well as a vpn. However, speeds are incredibly slow. More so than other von providers that I’ve used. I’m considering going back to using others that perform better despite having 18 months remaining on my subscription

It works well when I need it. On mobile it sometimes doesn't work.

Never having any problem

Good VPN for macOS. Wireguard stops working every now and then. VPN cannot always be disabled/enabled. After quitting and restarting hideme it usually works. OpenVPN is WAY quicker to connect (and get an IP). UDP seems to slow things down a lot. Just started using TCP and that seems a lot better. Have just switched to OpenVPN from Wireguard so no long term experience yet.

Generally a great product although it does sometimes slow down a fair bit, not always but it has happened, or loose connection entirely & needs manually reconnecting or turning off & on again as the reconnect option sometimes doesnt seem to work & just takes forever seeming to hang. Apart from that though its is as I say generally very good I just wish it would automatically reconnect when it drops out which would make things even better, thats the reason it only gets a 4 out of 5
