Great customer service to an upsetting situation

The necklace arrived in a timely fashion - the packaging was good. The image inside was a little scratched up, but the gift was still well received by my friend.
However, it's only been three weeks and the chain has already broken - I'm a bit disappointed by the quality given the price!

Edit: I have to mention that their customer service is fantastic. It is very nice to see that they care about customer satisfaction - Maria reached out to me and kindly found a solution for the broken necklace. I did not expect such a proactive response, and I would consider ordering from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A NECKLACE... PAID $60 FOR IT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT WAS DELIVERED BUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON IT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED ORDER SOMETHING FROM THEM
Do you want more information well here it is. I have emailed you a hundred times trying to get you to either find my order mail my order tell me who mailed my order to help to tell me what carrier delivered my order and nothing was ever done. This is my review on your company. You are terrible to work with you took my money didn't send me a product and you owe me $60. How's that
THIS IS AN UPDATE ON MY REVIEW..
AFTER many times trying to get something done this company finally refunded my money. It still didn't make it right. My friend sister passed away and I was doing this as a deed for her and you ruined that for me. I did however go on eBay and order from two different people. Maybe I will get this done anyway. Thanks for the refund but also thanks for nothing. I would still never order anything else from you

Missing my necklace ordered for over a month

My wife ordered a necklace on December 14, 2024. It has claimed to be delivered twice but we have not received any package. Ontrac the 3rd party company and hidden forever have not been helpful at all and ontrac basically told us to contact hidden forever. I read other reviews here where people seem to be having the same problem but if you go on hidden forever website somehow has 490 reviews all 5 star. I'm hoping someone will reach out and help us rectify the situation as it seems the only way to get an order is to come on here and complain. Order HF#11104

Recommended and customer service 100%

I do agreed delivery isn’t within a couple of days so you will have to wait for this to be made and sent, however what a thoughtful gift to give someone . Lovely piece of jewellery , it is slightly expensive but I do feel your paying for something no one else really does and is unique plus mine was Stirling silver .

I did have a problem with my order but I made contact via Instagram and I didn’t have to wait too long for helpful reply by Maria.

Not quite sure why everyone else is having so many problems , I found the communication spot on and how they dealt with my concern with a refund immediately was unexpected and appreciated!

I would 100% recommend and use this company again .

I’m sure this company with there products will touch many hearts.

I ordered 2 things of this site a month…

I ordered 2 things of this site a month ago and only arrived today I’m usual better at buying thing I normally look at reviews etc and heart drop when I saw the reviews on here but I didn’t lose hope after Xmas holidays where over I emailed these ones and there replies where very fast which is why the starts held so much on top of the quality it’s class nice slick premium feel packaging should/could be a 5* easily but delivery absolutely killed me and these ones I’d understand if I was mr.last minute but thought I was doing good having bought these over a month ago and only getting them now which I’m still grateful in one sense and really annoyed to it didn’t come for Xmas as the price to wasn’t cheap either to justify delivery time

All in all a decent site that has great potential if they somehow managed to get faster/better delivery times
If you can be patient with delivery
And don’t mind the cost then look no further
If above a problem then I’d look at another site
I’m not sure if I’d go back here but I may do as products excellent
Update couple hours later barely touched and was never dropped and stone game out and photo has spots on it as if you where in a science looking into the telescope thingy with the light extremely disappointed

I haven't received My order at all!!

I haven't received My order at all!!! It's just saying finalizing order since the 1st??!! This was supposed to be delivered by tomorrow January 9th which is my husband's birthday as this was part of his birthday gifts! I am so upset I even paid extra for the delivery to be here on time!! I will never order anything again. Please respond and let me know about my package and when it's arriving??!!! I'm about to dispute the payment y'all took from me!

No item, no response

Ordered a bracelet Dec 26th with “VIP protection+”. It’s been 2 weeks and the order hasn’t even moved to processing. Still just placed. I reached out via their contact form on their site and included my order number and heard nothing back from them. No item, no response, two weeks of nothing.

Mum is extremely pleased with ornament for late mother

I ordered a angel projection ornament for my mum for Christmas, in memory of her late mother who passed this year and it was to be her first Christmas without her.

Unfortunately despite being told that the gift would arrive in time for Christmas, it arrived on December 30th.
Although late, I can appreciate that the festive period can be extremely busy in terms of deliveries and sometimes out of the sellers control. I was just disappointed that they didn't contact me to explain the timeframe they guaranteed wasn't doable, as appreciate this has probably been an issue for other customers (whether theirs or couriers fault) so probably best they don't put delivery dates on checkout!

That said, the customer support team were incredibly apologetic and have been very helpful in trying to find a resolution (as the item also arrived slightly wrong) but my mum still loved it! Very meaningful and treasurable gifts.

I placed an order on Dec 19th…

I placed an order on Dec 19th understanding that with the holidays this company could be backed up.. I waited for any type of update regarding my order for a week or so and after NOTHING at all Ive reached out to them three times via email with no response and now when I type in my order number on their site for tracking their site tells me that there is no order found with that order number

Edit: Maria emailed me a ACI tracking number that does not work.. I feel like I’m on an island all alone wondering the status of my order and when it’s going to arrive or even if it’s coming at all. I will be happy to change my rating if the customer service was better but Maria’s email gave me just as much information as I started with..

Edit pt2: Maria reached back out apologizing for the mix up in tracking numbers and went over and beyond to make sure this situation was taken care of.

Honest review: when initially purchasing this gift I was weary as there were a TON of terrible customer reviews. After reading through a bunch of them it just made me panic even more. Hidden forever emailed me my order confirmation and after that the details were a bit spotty as I never got a true delivery date to begin with. I reached out to the company a few times and found that they have an AI automated response to whatever you email them. While this can make it seem like there is good customer service by being replied to in a timely manner the response AI generated just left me more confused then when I started. After reaching out to the company through this post I was able to get in contact with a real person who went over and beyond to help me and give me the most updated information on my order. Overall I think the stressfulness was added due to the holiday season but ultimately this is a legitimate company and they do have amazing customer service when you get a human and not AI. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a thoughtful present for a loved one keeping in mind it takes about 2- 2 1/2 weeks standard to receive your package.

Terrible Company

I had to return the first bracelet because it tarnished so bad. I had to wait for a replacement that took forever. The new bracelet is tarnished before I took it out of the box. I have not even worn it yet. But I know if a replacement is asked for it would be the same thing,TARNISHED!!!
Not a good company to buy anything else. Even after reading all the bad reviews I really didn’t want to do a review because it would just add to the other bad reviews.

I didn’t even recieve the necklace yet that I ordered a while ago for my daughter. Contact information is false. Those phone numbers are not real and not in service. I got a tracking number, it said can not find order. Very f**^%€^> angry

Bad quality

They were very helpful when I couldn't find my package after being delivered but the quality is very bad. I specifically chose this store because it advertised sterling silver but it is not that. Feels cheap.

With some instruction it could be great.…

I want to say the my purchase from Hidden Forever was awesome, but I can’t. I can say that the low score is mostly my problem. I’m 68 years old and I just can’t see the photo very easily. My sight isn’t that bad but for me it is too difficult. The other problem is that I think my set of two people are just too far apart. And that would be my fault. I didn’t find any helpful hints on what my photo that I sent should be so I will only take some of the blame, but if I did it over again I would change the photo. On the positive, it is a really great idea.
