Underwhelmed.
Ordered 17th of November. Listed as Fast and free shipping. Still waiting as of the 19th of December. $373 wasted.
This product did arrive a couple of days after this post, but arrived in one jewellery box for all 3 necklaces, 1 bracelet and 1 key chain. At least they were in individual zip lock bags. This image is also hard to see and for myself and my sister who also checked hers, does not project on the wall with a flashlight (I used my S24, my sister has an iPhone) as beautifully as shown online.

Missing a necklace from my order
I have emailed you twice in regards to my order and no update. While the tracker says “ order ready to ship” and I ordered 12/2. I got one necklace but I am now missing a second one and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered a set of 2.Would really appreciate hearing from someone back and either get my second necklace or get a refund. I even messaged you guys on instagram.

I ordered a necklace 11/24 for an Xmas gift. It is now 12/12. I've had waited patiently as I figured this gift may take some time. My order is still in same status as when it was ordered, and after reading all the reviews and being ignored on my emails to them, I don't even want the necklace.

Ordered a necklace for my best friend after the loss of her sister . Absolutely disgusted with the product … the picture is upside down and too small (loads of white around the outside …. They took insurance off me without asking so got that refunded … what a shame I didn’t keep the insurance as I bet I don’t get a replacement or a refund !

Don’t bother ordering from them
My necklace was ordered for Mothers Day - it was lovely but after a month became tarnished and the gems fell out. I contact CS and they agreed to send a replacement. What they sent was very similar but not the same. It took me 2 weeks to get them to understand the difference and they agreed to send out yet another replacement. This arrived and it’s wrong again! Now they won’t respond to emails or instagram messages.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality is awful and they are completely incompetent.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother! I received no information about shipping once I ordered the item ans a birthday gift for my daughter. The item never arrived. This company is just another scam and I have reported them.
Issue with order
Awful experience. Awful customer service. The gift I ordered was "delivered" to me in a completely empty box; I have no clue where the actual gift is (presumably it was never made by Hidden Forever). I've now sent four emails to Hidden Forever (I didn't even receive a return email from HF until after my third attempt to contact them). The customer service rep that emailed me asked for proof that the gift was not received (how TF does she expect that happen). I have no indication from them as to whether they are actually going to ship the gift I purchased or not. I've disputed all charges with my CC company and will never order, nor recommend HF, again.
Edit: HF has been in contact with me stating this issue will be remedied. I’m still waiting for shipping confirmation of my order, but at least I’ve made contact with the company. I will update again once I receive the gift I ordered.
Edit (part 2): After close to three weeks of back and forth with HF I have finally received the gift I ordered. Once I had the attention of the company the customer service was good. It was frustrating how long it took to receive a response, but the issue was eventually remedied.

Avoid. Still has not yet arrived and the tracking information suggests it took 4 days to pack the item and has now been a further 4 days waiting for someone to pick it up. Customer service do not respond. Avoid this company
Sterling Silver Bracelet - Amazing
This product is truly amazing. I bought a sterling silver bracelet at a very fair price. The picture contained within is deeply meaningful. I cannot describe how brilliant it is. It is almost unbelievable. To be completely honest, it is actually beyond words. Thank You

Delivery was due before Valentine’s Day, but didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later!
Other companies provide the same for half the price, but I was willing to pay the extra to receive it on time.
This didn’t happen.
The product felt a bit light and cheap when received, which was disappointing and the necklace seemed a little short.
The photo in the jewellery did work well.
However, the company did respond to my emails chasing delivery, and whilst it didn’t speed the process up, they did reply.
My advice would be to shop around
