i ordered a LED canvas for my parents…

i ordered a LED canvas for my parents as a christmas gift and i never received my order i paid a total of $65 and i emailed them after and they told me to be patient and they will ship my order again even though i asked for a refund at that point because it was already january. It is now the end of april i never received my refund or my order. It’s a scam!!

They sent me a defective canvas…

They sent me a defective canvas picture, and will not stand behind their product unless I pay for the return postage to China. I don't give bad reviews so to write be warned they are not legit people. Offered me 15% discount, I wanted what I paid for not a discount. Worse customer service, don't answer your emails, just Ghost you. If I could give them "0" star I would. Shame on you
