Hickenbick Hair Reviews 

My order was never dispatched. The company provided a fake Royal Mail tracking number and repeatedly insisted the item was on its way. I've now opened a case with PayPal. This appears to be a scam: their 5-star reviews are clearly fake, left by suspicious profiles. Avoid.

I ordered from this company expecting delivery in 2-4 working days as advertised. After hearing nothing, I contacted them and was given excuses but no tracking number. When I pressed again, they finally provided a Royal Mail tracking number—but Royal Mail confirms they never received the parcel. The seller just created a label to make it look like it was shipped.

Since then, they have ignored my emails, refused to refund me, and stopped responding altogether. This is clearly a scam—they take your money but never send the product. Avoid at all costs!

I still haven’t received my order and they just keep saying it’s with Royal Mail, who keep saying the hair is still with Hickenbick!

Avoid, ordered 2 items only received 1.
Battle to get any response from this company , ignored all my emails and whatsapp tell me to use email fir contact?? Joke. have had no help to resolve the issue what so ever.
Needed the hair for a wedding and all of it didn't arrive. Caused so much inconvenience and not even had a refund!!! Will never recommend this company to anyone for hair extensions.

I have been certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions for over 23 years. For a number of years, I have used a brand name, Capelli and Great Lengths as my primary sources of keratin extensions.

HICKENBICK now has my heart.
Seriously I have heard about it for a while. Had a client for a little bit of a hair but now after using this hair on several full heads of extensions, it would be very difficult for me to go and use any other.

This remover was awful. Iv never written a bad review before but do not buy this. Pungent and made my hands feel on fire and they didn’t remove the tape. It removes the jelly on the tape and leaves behind the tape sheet so you’re left tearing that dry gluey sheet out of your hair. No no.

Hair piece is more blond than ash so doesn’t match there were no care/wash instructions or return paperwork might try washing it with a purple toner would have been nice ti get some advice or help

Item arrived loose in broken box, was meant to be a present looks like something is missing from the broken box althought there isnt!!

Do not order from this website. Ordered tape extension remover 6 weeks ago, continuously lied about delivery time. Told me it would take 2 to 3 days to deliver. 6 weeks later I’ve moved countries and still have not received my package at home and tracking says it’s still in Germany! When I asked for a refund I was told they can’t refund me until I receive my package and send it back to them. But difficult when they never sent it to me in the first place and robbed my money. Absolute scam!!! Avoid
