The process took 8 weeks
The process took 8 weeks! The person assigned to my load didn’t ever answer a phone call to answer any questions I had! She reverted to email only which added days or weeks to answer a simple question that could have been cleared up instantly. She gave vague answers to my questions and for someone who didn’t understand the process only until she gave a direct answer did things move forward. I will not recommend HFS to anyone for that reason. HFS should work to be more personal with Clint’s !

I liked how the process was fast and easy and not alot of stringent paperwork was asked.
What i disliked was I could never get ahold of the loan processor for questions I had.. I actually had to call other departments at HFS to pass messages for me which I felt is totally unprofessional..
