It was a pleasure to do business with HFS Financial. The only thing that prevents me from posting 5 stars is something really out of their control. Memorial Day fell in the middle of the approval process and it seemed that I needed to bump the staff to get the process going again. Other than that it was a seamless process. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff.

Everything was pretty simple to get done. Trish and Vicky made Everything easy and explained anything I needed. Would have gave 5 stars but the one complaint i have is the loans are not unsecured as HFS advertised. The lenders file a UCC-1 fixture filing on the property.

Mostly good
HFS should review their automated email processing. Communication was confusing. Would get reminders to complete tasks after tasks were completed and lack of communication during underwriting process was frustrating. Overall I’m happy with the terms. Just some servicing tweaks as relates to communication that really would have made the experience far more pleasant.

HFS finance did an amazing job and selecting the best Loan products for my home improvement needs. Their staff was amazing, informative and experience. HFS loan Broker
Did not realize I was going through a loan brokerage company that was going to charge me over 5000 dollars for the loan I needed I thought this was the loan company up until the day of signing. Lol I guess that’s why it was in “underwriting “ so long should have been called trying to find a loan company smh oh well live and learn will not get me twice. Also verbal communication was very poor had to call and leave messages and emails with no response finally got a phone call when I had trouble logging in to a third party loan center to sign the paperwork they made sure to walk me through that so they could also get paid. Also do not like the fact HFS received there money before I did. So 10 out of 10 will not do this again.
