Good looks, bad safety

Bought 4 cases a few years ago and the first day I brought my phone outside I dropped it from thigh height and the glass on the case completely shattered. Almost cut my hand open picking my phone back up.

I ordered my phone case for $60

I ordered my phone case for $60, paid for expedited shipping which I did receive it within 2 weeks, once I received it and put it on my phone, plastic was cheap for being $60 but not a deal breaker until I put it on my phone and the Lock Screen button on the case was to low, everything else was perfect but the button being to low made the case unusable so I messaged support and waited a day for a response and they told me to take a picture of it…. I ask how I’m supposed to take a picture of the side of my phone with the case on with my phone, wait 2 days and they ask if I can use a mirror, I ask how I’m supposed to use a mirror to get a picture of a clear case with the part that’s faulty on the side of my phone and they stopped responding, I used two different ways to try to get help with my case that was cheap plastic priced at $60 and they refused to help unless I got them an impossible picture. Would not recommend, find a local spot that does custom cases with higher quality product.

Don't order from heyybox

I ordered 2 cases from them and after more than a month I have still not received them I got in touch with their customer service several times and the first few times they just kept saying we will get in touch with the carrier and then wouldn't email me back finally after bugging them for a week they tell me it was lost in shipping so I tell them I just want a refund and I'll look somewhere else to my dismay they tell me we can't refund you at this time because we have already reshipped your order and I would have to wait until I receive the package and return them via the mail in order to get a refund I told them that I never asked them to reship my order and I'm still waiting on a response I am very disappointed in this company

Excellent cases and customer service!

My husband and I have purchased cases a few times from this company. Shipping can take awhile as it’s coming from another country and tracking isn’t always reliable internationally, but we’ve always received our cases. We’ve loved every case and they last quite a long time. We had an issue with our last order and it was promptly rectified. Customer service was excellent! The cases are a huge hit everywhere we go we get asked about them and tell everyone where we got them! Love love them and will continue to purchase!

RIP to the LED Light Feature after a week of having it.

I got my case 7 days ago and everything was working fine. The case feels sturdy, the LED light feature is amazing and I was excited for my new phone case. However, on day 8, the LED feature stopped working for no apparent reason. I was showing my colleagues my new case and the LED light feature, but as I was showing it to them, it stopped working all of a sudden, even though it was working up to that point. I kept the case plugged into my iphone overnight to see if it needed a charge, but no dice. Pretty disappointed that the LED light only lasted for a few days. Not sure if its the wiring, the cable or something else.

Amazing phone cases with quick response!

I bought a Goth Mikasa phone case for my Samsung S22 ultra and received it in nice packaging with some goodies inside. Showed it off to friends and they were amazed by the quality and LED lights! Bought two more for a friend and sister. Sadly I cracked the back of my Mikasa case accidently with a heavy tool bag and asked for a replacement. I emailed them showing the cracks and they responded quickly saying they will ship a new one soon.! Cannot recommend these guys enough.!

Shipping took almost an entire month, live east coast US. The tracking is abysmal, customer service just repeats, "Its coming don't worry, be there soon, will be ok friend" Finally arrived and the artwork is stellar but the quality of the case is not a 40+ dollar case quality, its cheap, it probably won't protect your phone unless it falls only backside down, edges are flimsy and its like a rubber film that keeps your phone secure, that has already stretched out and looks worn after one time on and off. Literally one time, have had the case for 5 hrs. Artwork is stellar back of the case is great, but the overall quality is lacking and should probably look elsewhere for a solid case with good artwork, these anime cases are popping up everywhere so look around, LED gimmick not worth a cheap case. Also, only iPhone can get the one where you don't have to unplug case and plug in your charger every time you want to charge it if you're not a wireless charger.

Great quality

They make great cases that are great quality,well made and a nice tight fit to protect your phone. Did have a little problem though,I ordered 2 cases and one was wrong but messaged them and they were very apoplectic and have sent me the correct one and also said I can keep the wrong case as a gift to say sorry. Would 100% recommend. Keep up the great work

A company that cares about their customers

I purchased 2 phone case from Heyybox and I had issues with one of them due to the connection port to the phone just not connecting right. I contacted the company and they were so kind, quick to respond and absolutely hassle free. They sent me a replacement phone case with out any questions asked and even sent me some additional gifts with the replacement. My experience with them was one of THE BEST and I highly recommend this company. Definitely made me a customer for life with their great service and wonderful products! I look forward to purchasing from them again!

No Product, No Answers

Ordered on 1/19. Was informed on the 25th that there was a holiday and my order would be shipped by the 28th. It's 2/2 and my order hasn't been updated nor shipped. Any reply has taken 2-3 days to happen.

Update: Asked for a refund on 2/3 thru Afteray AND Heyybox. Got it immediately the next day. Don't know which way helped, but I'm glad to get my money back.

I honestly don't know why I see all that bad and hateful reviews. They have great service I ordered 2 cases they had a bogo offer when I submitted my payment I accidentally put in wrong shipping address I emailed them and replied less than a day saying no problem they will fix it. I got my shipment on time as predicted since it does ship across the country and works like a charm. The lights go off when ever I tap on my phone or play music or any sound will trigger the lights to go off. Most of all beautiful art on the case

The good and the bad

The order did come in a timely manner which is good. Overall the cases are nice and feel sturdy, the LED lights are a very nice touch. I purchased 2 cases, one for IPhone, the other for Samsung, and I've noticed IPhone cases have better protection for their phones. I don't understand why the Galaxy cases are so thin and have nothing protecting it from falls. You can't even place the phone face down too hard cause there's nothing stopping the face of the phone from any surfaces. My brother's IPhone case had 360 protection all around. I can't even use my case on a daily basis without fear of shattering my device. It's almost like whomever made these cases favor IPhone more, instead of making the cases equal. 2 star rating seems fair because the cases are basically $45 each and I can't even use mine with confidence, I have to be extremely careful the days I choose to have it on my phone. Then the plug isn't built in like how it is with iPhone so it doesn't come with the magnetic cable of course. So if you need to charged your phone or don't want the lights on, you have to be careful not to accidentally mess up the plug because it hangs loose at the bottom of your phone. If you put the 2 cases, Samsung and IPhone side by side there are too many differences as far as quality goes. The Galaxy cases don't seem worth the same price at all. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to express why I gave it 2 stars.

Hmm.......

First impression, case feels sturdy. I got the case as buy one get one free so I got a second one -- but they only gave me one charger cable which I just don't understand 🫠 the charger cable is a magnet and it's bad. It's strong enough in a sense, but just a light push from the side disconnects it instantly.
The reason why I got the case was of course the lights. They're fun. But i wish they have a better on and off switch for them. You can accidentally turn it on when you want it off and vice versa, which gets really annoying.
I also find the price a bit too high for having something that makes me keep on fixing it. Yeah it's fun I guess?

Overall, it's a nice study case. It needs better turn on/off switch and better magnet charger. Please don't be stingy when giving the charger cable--we normally don't have those 🙃

UPDATE:
They sent me an extra cord which I'm very grateful for. Sadly it just became more of a chore to have this as your main phone case...it's more annoying to deal with, basically. I guess I got a good deal when I got it bec now they're $70+ each??? No thanks. Just get them when they're on sale--it's def not worth that much.
