the doctors could not care less about you …. The dude showed up 30 minutes late to our initial appointment …. It was short and dismissive , I was talking to him about my concern and he didn’t even address my question , the visit was less then 5 min …. Because I could tell he had somewhere else to be, and I , my visit was an inconvenience to him. I keep messaging him and have have not heard back from him an entire month … I gave two stars because the people working where Hey MISTR is based at DAP Health are very attentive because this work is their passion ….

You made it so easy. You communicate well, answered any questions I had very quickly and with great customer care. You stay current on my prescription and tests. Couldn’t be better- thank you.

If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. Had been using them for over four years but regularly had minor issues with their Customer Support &/or Pharmacy. My insurance covers Descovy and had been regularly paying for this expensive medication for a VERY small CO-PAY or NONE at all the whole time I have been with them. On my own, since MISTR did not do so for me, I obtained coverage for the small deductibles I had at the beginning of each year. On numerous times in the past, I had to straighten out their pharmacy, which they constantly change back & forth without any notice, about my coverage when they requested that I pay them a deductible. This January, they decided on their own to change my prescription to a generic Truvada without any notice. When I contacted the Doctor MISTR assigned to me, he stated that he DID NOT change my prescription, MISTR's pharmacy did on their own. I tried calling MISTR but they NEVER answer their phone number provided on their website. I left repeated messages with not one call back. When I finally reached their pharmacy, the representative claimed that my insurance had a VERY HIGH deductible. When I told him it did not and even if it did my co-pay award would cover it, he told me a different excuse. Now he said that their pharmacy cannot submit claims to my insurance. Despite my asking him to again check with my insurance company, which I have been with for over 15 years, he refused and said the best thing to do was to have MISTR send my prescriptions to my local pharmacy. I reluctantly gave him the pharmacy information and he confirmed that he had it. He promised that he would have MISTR send the prescription to my local pharmacy immediately, since I had not received my Descovy medication since December. I thanked him and waited. To date two weeks later, no prescription has been sent to my local pharmacy. In fact, I just had to give both MISTR's Customer Service and Pharmacy Departments my local pharmacy's information again by messaging their website. This was after they both claimed that they NEVER received the information. I can't believe their incompetence and am very upset that I was taken by their scam. Will provide further information as this situation develops. However, I will make it my mission to make sure as many people as possible are aware of the dangers of using MISTR. I would suggest that if you have insurance that covers medication that MISTR claims to provide assistance with, you should go to your own doctor and have him/her submit a prescription to a local pharmacy. You can easily apply by yourself for a copay assistance program such as the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF), good days, or Gilead's Advancing Access, if you have a copay. These programs are VERY reputable. MISTR claims to be a non-profit organization focused on providing free access to PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) medication, making it readily available to those who need it. When I first signed up with them from an emailed advertisement, they claimed I could get Prep at no charge, guaranteed! My experience has been a nightmare that I suggest that you avoid.

Fast shipping, good communication and good follow up. All I can say is so far so good.

Mistr is the easiest , most convenient way to receive Prep. They send you everything you need in the mail. Your supplies for your labs , do them mail it back a little over a week Prep is at your door! Highly recommend!!

Always helpful if I have a question and quick to get me my supplies. Keep up the great work.

I have no problem whatsoever. My prep and doxycycline is on time. when i have issues they resolve right away. And its been years now i have no problem. Thank you for taking care of me.

Like everyone else is saying the first prescription is great and easy to get but after that nothing but poor communication, taking months to send scripts and they have a claim out with my insurance company blocking me from getting it from anyone else smh

Poor communication.
Dr. Patrick Kenney is the most irresponsible doctor I have ever met in my entire life. The quickest he replies to your messages is in two months. You can never expect to get a timely response. They forgot to prescribe medication, leaving you without it. The customer service is just as bad—no one responds, the phone number is unavailable, and the online chat is also inaccessible.

MISTR is a great program. They keep track of my meds and when they are ready for refills. They are more efficient than my regular doctor. They make sure my monitoring is up to date as well

I am very grateful to Mistr for their dedication to providing excellent service to all of their patients. I always get my prescription refills on time, and the doctor I speak with is always kind, courteous and non-judgemental. This is an all-around great service and I'm very satisfied with every aspect of it.

Excellent service, drastically needed for healthcare in this country, which is sadly lacking, I rely on them, and I hope they are able to continue in the future in a greater capacity even. They are very reliable and follow up is excellent.

update: Dec 2025 - customer service is failing. wont accept my insurance which changed , didnt try to work with my new one which forced me to change services to another co. which did and was immediately sucessful! their system is increasingly unstable, and their testing does not meet the standard of care recommended by many professional orgs. they let me down !
